I bought a Venus Gyser around a year back which did not work for more that 2-3 days. I made thousads of calls to the local service center[protected] and even spoke with the owner of the Service Center(Mr Sushil Kaushik). The people at the service center either blankly refused to come over for the service or just gave me the service request number which was never processed. I have also spoken with the head office at +91-044-... and another service center at[protected] but to no avail yet and also with Mr. Bharat Singh at[protected] in Delhi office and was assured of getting my gyser serviced finally. The delhi office had sent the srvice person called Mr Kulwant Singh who visited my place on 20/06/2009 and dismantled the gyser and promised to come back with the replacement by Monday(22/06/2009) but never turned back. The gyser has been disconnected from the water pipes and the the water oozing out of the pipes is spoling rest of the wooden fittings in the kitchen.
I had never ever expected such grave indifference to the customers request from the brand like Venus. I would request the senior members of the team to take notice of my harrowing experience with the Venus products and try to get this issue resloved asap Was this information helpful? |
