[Resolved]  Venus Trading Company — not providing raw material

i got the add of company in amar ujala newspaper. i contact the company at no. [protected].
madam attended the phone and told me to visit to their company. i visited there in june 2011. their one member bhupender told me to deposit rs 5000/- in advance for the order of thread winding machine sixx head.
i then came hme.they told me to deposit thirty thousand rupees . i deposited thirty thousand rupees in the account no.[protected]. they told me that your machine has come in the company, so deposit remaining fifteen thousand rupees. i deposited in the same account as mentioned above. the account is the name of venus trading company. then they send the machine to me in the transport. i collect the machine from the traansport. on my request of no. of days , they send a trainer named dharmveer whose contact nos. are [protected] , [protected]. he assembled the machine and gave the training of three days and returned back. from that date i call per day to the company. firstly they don't attend. when they attend they just told that they are sending raw material tomarrow. now today is 8 sep 2011. they don't send me the raw material as mentioned in the agreement. their address and contact nos. are:[protected]
