Via.com — Fraud in Cancellation Charges | |
Hi All, I booked round trip from Bangalore to Delhi of Air India flights and it showed me refundable tickets when I booked. Even if you try to book ticket for 25th Nov, Delhi to bangalore of Air India at 16.30. It show Refundable. Now, when I requested via.com to cancel my return ticket they said it is non-refundable (which is completely lie).
