REQUEST TO ALL VIANGANGA INVESTORS, HARIDWAR As per the promise, the vian infrastructure lmt has failed to develop the land . It has closed down its all the offices and opened a new one at jhandewalan. You ll not find a single responsible officer there and if you ask for the refund[with interest as per their own clause], it ll be evident that in no way you can get your money back. It is also doubtful whether vian is the legal owner of the land. This is not only the case with vianganga project but with all the projects of vian. The company is going to vanish in near future. It is further trapping the customers by convincing to get the plot registered after making full payment. They are simply registering the agriculture land and for this we have not booked the plots. Its director is already in jail. Lot of FIR have been lodged against the company and economic offence wing is also investigating the matter. All the investors should file complaints against the company with EOW of delhi police. This can be done online. We should also form a forum to fight against this type of fraud. I am in touch with a lawyer of Honble Supreme Court. We can go to the consumer forum and also file a PIL. The contact no of my lawyer is [protected]. A.K.Pandey ACMM Patiala House Court Delhi, the general public is hereby informed through this notice that Anti Land & Building Racket Section of Economic Offences Wing, Crime Branch, C-22/23, Udhyog Sadan, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi is conducting investigation against the accused, company M/s. Vian Infrastructure Ltd, vide case FIR No. 737/07 U/s 406, 420, 120B IPC Police Station Connaught Place, Those investors/depositors, who have invested their money in company M/s. Vian Infrastructure Ltd, and have not approached / lodged their complaints with investigating agency so far, may approach the ALBR Section of EOW/Crime Branch at C-22/23, Udhyog Sadan, Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi (Tel:[protected] for lodging their complaint along with documents pertaining to their investments. I had also invested in the Vian Infrastructure Ltd, Haridwar project in 2006. There had been absolutely no progress in the project till date.I had requested the company many times to refund my amount but they have not responded.I had written to the EOW also in September 2009 but have not received any response from them. I agree that we all should get together and create pressure to get back our invested money.

I had also invested in two projects of vian. One is vian ganga and other is of neemrana. But neither project is in developing state. I also approached the company's office at jhandewalan. I realized that company has no fund and it is not interested in refunding money. In my opinion we should form strength against the company to take cumulative . This is with reference to above subjects; we wish to inform you that we had booked one plot of 120 sq feet. at Neemrana, Rajasthan 5/12/2006, but company is making our since last 4 years and not giving us plot, now we are fed up with their false promises and dont want the plot. Even after our several visits at their office and site, hundreds of phone calls and written reminder they have refused to pay back the money. They are done a fraud and they are big cheaters.
This is a great mental torture to us. This has weekend us financially as we had given them our hard earned money
