[Resolved]  Vian Infrastructure Limited — Non Allotment of Plot at Neemrana and non refund of money

I too booked a plot at Neemrana but no plot, no refund.I visited thier office at Mahlpalpur and came to know the are on ran.I stongly belive, we not only take them to court but also handle them properly in street...!

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to above subject; I wish to inform you that I had booked one plot of 120sq yd. at Neemrana, Rajasthan /2006, but since last 4 years the company is not giving us the possession of the plot. Now we are fed up with their false promises and dont want the plot. Even after our several visits at their office and site, hundreds of phone calls and reminder they have refused to pay back the money. They are fradulent.

All this has been a mental torture to me and my family who had invested our savings (hard earned money) into the project and are have feel cheated.

We humbly request you to look into the matter and register a complaint against the owners and employees of vian infrastructure, New Delhi and please help us to get our refund arranged on the name of first applicant at the earliest.
