Sir,
I am filing this complaint in strong words against M/s Vicky Agencies, Shop No. B-15, Shopping Centre, Tagore Garden, New Delhi-110027. The front staff of this Agency is uncivilized and uncaring. They never listen the complaints and immediately kept the phone. Despite the fact that they say that gas cylinder will come on 2-3 days, but it never come for 8-9 days. They have no manners how to speak with customers and they never allow to speak with proprietor of the Agency. The customers are not satisfied with the services rendered by this Agency.
Kindly given necessary instructions to the Proprietor of M/s Vicky Agency to improve the working of the Agency and fulfil the promise made with the customers
