We bought a videocon colour television that has stopped working in just 15 days... Details abt it.. Purchase Date: 14/11/2009 Model No.: VAF21ESV-CFA Sr. No.:[protected] I have lost the warranty card... but I understand that its still in warranty period.... coz its only been 15 days.... Videocon/television — Television not working from purchase date
I have purchage this TV on dated-12/07/2011,after 3 days this stop working,then i have complain regarding this, retailar had replaced the TV,this activity done 3 time,Model No.CTVVGS21SBV/CUA
1.Sr.No.- 03192,- Replaced
2.Sr. No.-04760,-Replaced
3.Sr.No.[protected]/604785- still not working,
when i have complain approx 50 Egneer come and work on it,but my problem not resolve,and till my tv warranty has been expire,
