I have purchased a videocon television Model No. 7642G which was not working so i logged a complain for servicing on 05/09/10 complain no SUR[protected] but my problem has not been solved uptill now whenever i talk with Mr Harish (Mobile No [protected]) he is telling will solve till evening.
Your executive has taken motherboad of television and telling me that your complain is being at priority basis what sord of priority basis is this i dont understand.
This is pure harassment from your side and a matter of great regrate for u. I[censored] r not able to solve the problem in my television the give my mother board back.
Once your technician came but he replied that he has not tested the problem which he repaired this shows what kind of service your are providing, its highly not satisfactory atleast u should check that default in TV with you are deang hs been processed properly.
I am truely not satisfy with behaviour from your side.I have earlier also complain on this web side on 14/09/10 but seeking no response from you.

Videocon — Fridge Never Worked Wasn't Replaced

I took a refridgerator on 2nd of Sep 2010.It was delivered & from day 1 it never worked.
I have been to Chroma personally thrice & registered n no of complaints with Videocon & Chroma.

The technician Mr Navin Kishore came finally & said that he would replace the same however theres no info from their side.

When i call up the contact centre they say that they do not have the model & are not sure when they shall be able to replace it.

This is unacceptable.

I want some action against Chroma & Videocon.

This is hopeless service !!!

I am also also victim of videocon product. Customer care service department of videocon company is absolutely poor. They don't care their customers. From last two months I am making complaint of my split A/C. But every time they make me fool that soon their technician will reach at my home. Did videocon have any technicians for their customers?
