I purchased a Videocon washing machine about 4 years back,from then it had some or the other problem,some time its pulsator got broken or its gear box got broken.the model name is 'konserv 5850" I had called the Videocon service center to get it repaired,It has been 47 days but they still say that they dont have the parts to replace....now they are saying I should buy another washing machine and they will give me discount on the exchange on the old one...the discount will be counted on the condition of the machine..I have already spent more then double the price of the machine in getting it repaired...I want a complete refund with the charges which i spent on repairng it or They provide me with a new washing machine free of cost...PLS do the needful

No One has Contacted me yet .

I have received a Call form Your-selfs { Veidecone } stating that I need to recharge to enjoy my services . I am happy to do so if i get my User ID and Password through Email . You might me shocked to know why have i requested My ID and Password Trough Email , Reason Being that their is not even a single recharge Center where Veidecone D2H recharge's are available
{ Dadar W} which I truely find Annoying , On Your Website your-selfs {Veidecone } has given 25 reasons of why to BUY Veidecone D2h , I Can give you 50 reasons why not too . I was also informed that i will be able to view all the channels with a Diamond Pack BUT i still cannnot View Kannada channels { Udya TV , Discovery Science , Discovery Turob } . and just to and to it , i cannot enjoy the services of Your-selfs {Veidecone } During Monsoon times and when i ask this to Customer Care team they don-not have an explanation for the above .


It has always been Trouble with dealings with your company , and i regret my decession , and will never suggest anyone to buy D2H as your selfs{ Veidecone } have been proving your Incompetency to resolve Clients issues . I have had nothing but trouble with your-selfs { Veidecone }


I Would Like to state If i get a better deal form another service provider which sounds fees-able to me i will surely change . Looking forward for your Explanations to my Questions

hi this is staly i hav taken a new sim of videocon on my college id i want to inform you that my gsm number of videocon [protected] is showing me a problem of network every 5min the network disappear n when i call to my frends its says network fail...but when the network cums n i call back to my frends the call gets cut off

i also tried to call the customer care but i failed so i tried to call frm my frends mobile number i told this problem to the customer care but they too hav not been responding i think they r not taking my problem seriously

Recharge Videocond2h Rs. 150 on 17.12.10. 0n Netbanking But amount deducted, recharge not successfull. My Videocon d2h ID no 7932804.

i faced a similar problem with videocon d2h. They have deducted amount from my balance but not have started ten cricket. its been 4 days... n the customer care is just useless.. they take your complain but no step is take towards solving your problem. once a customer is converted they are not concerned with the service...i am planning to change my dth service...

We take videocon d2h in month of august 2010 they we advertisement that we get 4 months of gold pakage free with new connection but they give this subscription only for 3 month and after subscription is over when we recharge our d2h for year then after one month we got sms of recharge your videocon d2h subscription and sometime the service has been disconnected and signal disconnection problem ocuured
