[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — no customer service - purely harrassment

We bought a videocon washing machine which is fully automatic roughly around 8 year back.. we used it for few years and after which it started giving some problems... now till the date nobody at videocon has been able to help us out and it was purely a harrassment procedure which had happened with their different departments.

How can they expect form a middle class family to buy such gadgets after every few yearss.. they have to give some repairs and maintenance services for which we are ready to pay.. they have simply raised their hands telling..they cant do anything.. INfact during such procedure they have made the machine unusable by breaking few other things..

This is to inform you that i m facing problem of the chennel setting from last 2days i had complaint to customercare they says there is upgradation of program so it will solve in 1/2 hr but from last 2days they are not accepting the complaint and my dealer M/s.Arihant Electronics., Vasai (west) not ready to accept the complaint.

At the time of purchase of product both of you says that in service don't worry and take it but when we facing the problem both of you are ignoring the same so the service is 3rd class so it is onec again i request you to solve the same

i am shinde jaynesh s. and i have vidiocon ref. it was purchase in befour six month and his door is brock in only two month so i complain in coustomer care and his engineer cheq ref. he said to take your bill and your problem soll in 1 week. and now 3 month letter but no one come in this time and his mo no.[protected] , i coll this no. so no responce in so pleace soll my problem sir,

Videocon D2H — BAD VOICE CLARITY AND DISPLAY IS OUT

I Verendra Thakur sorry to inform you that I have Videocon headset model no. V1305 and I am facing bad voice clarity and display problem in my new mobile. My handset is in your service center at 101-102 Sunrise Towar, M.G. Road, Indore (M.P.) from last 2 months and neither I am getting satisfactory response nor my mobile and also i include that it is in warranty period because I have purchased it before 10 days from giving it in service center. .

Kindly find the reason behind the delay and do needful.

with respect i want to inform u that, i kunwar vikramaditya an engg. student of mumbai use to manage any how my life in this city. i use to work in B P O in night shift to earn a little ,even a single Re. means to me.

my videocon mobile no. is [protected] and for last 15 days i am facing problem from their side. they use to remove my acc. balance without any use. i use to call them daily but there is no solution from their side. my complaint no is 37741132. which thet provide me.

i purchased a videocon LCD tv on 10th february from Bhubaneswar, orissa.According to their rule it must be fitted within 48 hours but nothing has been done within six days. It should be noted here that my Tata Sky which was purchased on the same day, was fitted on the next day. such is the quality of services, videocon provides the customers.

I have purchased Videocon dual sim phone from big bazar at City center mall. The phone get switched off when try to disconnect the call as the button for call disconnection & to switch off the phone is same. The camera, company said 1.3MP, but the quality is less than VGA camera. Better not to buy any videocon phones.

respected sir,
3 years back we purchased a videocon tv (jumbo 34 tv), offer with 3 years after a consumer will get one LCD, last month my maturity date came and i submitted original bond, original bill, voucher, my identity prof and DD of Rs. 6,000/-. but still i have not received my LCD TV, whenever i call at the surat branch they don't give any proper ans......so, please do the need full favor for me.
