Dear All,

I am purchased the mobile Videocon V1425 on 05.11.10,And Mobile has not working from 17.11.10 Due to Mobile problem, I went Ambattur Service Center very very wost service till now i didn't get replace mobile, I claim for New mobile they are not at Responding, So that i Need to file a case in consumer court against Videocon & Ambattur Service Center Name: Shyam Electronics

Greetings............

We purchased Videcon fridge 510 Ltr in September 20th 2009 (DIGI WORLD,Noida)Invoice No 77. from first day it started troubling us.The lower compartment of fridge was giving current and sparking in the utensils,when we put in.We complaint many times to videocon service centre,Many times different engineers came but unable to diagnose the defect,Finally after 2 months they solved the issue.after some time again the same problem started and cooling in lower compartment not good,We found regulator nob was broken after same day engineer again came and took the nob with him.I told him about current problem but he was unable to resolve it,Now many days has passed nobody has come to solve the issue.Our kids are frightened to touch the fridge because of current.

I want tell you that your service and product both are very bad & unsatisfactry.The gaskit or subbers of both compartment are also loose which cause leackage of cooling,Now we are fed up of your product & service.

We Purchased a videocon product first time but decide to never buy again.

My plazma TV has got problems regarding screen. screen has got a number of spots which gradually increase in size . i have registered a complain in videocon customer care,MY complain number is (pat[protected]). since then i have speaked to customer care as well as incharge of patna as well as bhagalpur reion but still no action has been taken . now it is more than 6 months . even 1 month before ihad handover the TV to bhagalpur service centre and they proised that they will deliver the new replaced tv within one week but all in vain . please tell what to do . my mobile num is [protected]
