[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Poor product performance & horrible response to complaints

My refrigerator is one year old. Lately it stopped cooling when we lodged complains with Videocon for fixing the issue.
It has already been more than 2 months. We get a very poor response from them. The technicians have visited five times (after continuous follow-ups) & charged us with money , telling a different issue every time. However, it was never fixed. Finally they took it to the service centre & now every day delivery is committed. But at the last minute, the manager gives a new excuse & does not deliver the fridge. I am a working lady & feel harassed with this kind of a response from Videocon.Request your support in taking strict action against these people.
