Videocon D2H — Customer Harassment and improper service
The day I shifted the product from Noida to Bangalore (Aug,2012) the problem was frequent with the streaming.
I called up customer care no of times and they sends the engineer to rectify it but problem persists, so many calls (mails some time)and visits.
Informed them filing the complaint to consumer court but they were not doing right business.
Today (27th Aug,2012) they replaced the set-top box and the service engineer informed that it will working after 15-60mins but its almost 10 Hours time but the product still not working , called the customer care no of times but no result, keeping on hold and promising engineer will come and resolve with in 24 hours(but what even you are unable to view the any channel the amount will e deducted from the account).
The issues with the view of channels were :
1. Disturbance in the video streaming.
2. Blank screen.
3. E16-4: Insufficient balance or channel not subscribed (the account was recharged recently and there is enough balance).
I would like to go for a very strong action against them due to harassment and improper service
