Videocon D2H — Customer Harassment and improper service

Hi,
The day I shifted the product from Noida to Bangalore (Aug,2012) the problem was frequent with the streaming.
I called up customer care no of times and they sends the engineer to rectify it but problem persists, so many calls (mails some time)and visits.
Informed them filing the complaint to consumer court but they were not doing right business.
Today (27th Aug,2012) they replaced the set-top box and the service engineer informed that it will working after 15-60mins but its almost 10 Hours time but the product still not working , called the customer care no of times but no result, keeping on hold and promising engineer will come and resolve with in 24 hours(but what even you are unable to view the any channel the amount will e deducted from the account).
The issues with the view of channels were :
1. Disturbance in the video streaming.
2. Blank screen.
3. E16-4: Insufficient balance or channel not subscribed (the account was recharged recently and there is enough balance).

I would like to go for a very strong action against them due to harassment and improper service

Videocon D2H — improper reception

Bought videocon d2h satellite dvd on 4 november 2009 . I have not been getting proper reception 4 many channels of my d2h service .

From last two days only marathi channels are visible.my package of Rs.150
& Customer ID -9073426 .All other channels are not yet seen.
Please do the needful. Take action immediately.
Please go through the brochure/bills/receipts for any terms and conditions.You can send them a legal notice stating your grievance and for the refund. You have a very prima facie case against the Company. They will certainly start responding to you immediately. I am a lawyer. Please do not hesitate to call me.

Pathetic Service
I am using Videocon D2H for last 8 months.
For any Package or recharge related issues they are pretty fast & solves the issues within minutes.
But their real character pops when you face some Hardware issues : Once I faced with remote change(it took week) & Second I am facing with Disc relocation in same building.
Backend team is really annoying, unresponsive bunch (Ready to take answer like "KHALI NAHIN BAITHE HEIN : if they ever pick your call).
I called CC on 29th & following till date (6 Days), They are repeating same answer that complaint has been taken and Backend team will call you, please wait. Backend team will never call. Same happened on 1st, 2nd, 3rd and will continue...
As for CC, Neither they will listen to you nor they will give you any contact to follow. Just typical answer, wait-wait-wait : Is for this wait(6 days) you are charging or this is Videocon strategy to annoy Customer, so that, in future He don't disturb? They simply don't bother & have not left a stone unturned to make your life uncomfortable. Their should be some timelimit for rectification. Here Videocon can't give reason like non-availability of some material, because its just relocation & that too in same building.

If Videocon is not responding at all, than what can a customer do, apart from wait?

I am Rajasekaran from Bangalore. My customer id 49947974. Recently I shifted my home from Chennai to Bangalore, for the purpose I made a call to your customer care – [protected] to reinstall my Videocon D2H connection.

Details of complaints:-

18th Dec 2012 I spoke with one of your customer care executive he told we will install within 24 hour

But I didn’t get any call regarding this.

19th Dec 2012 again I spoke with Team leader (Mr.Parash) – within two hours I will provide the solution for your issue

20th Dec 2012 again I spoke with Team leader (Mr.Immanuval) – we will solve your problem very soon

21th Dec 2012 Again is spoke to another team leader (Mr. Josepah) – he told before next day 12 pm

22nd I spoke with one more team leader (Mr. Velan) – we will short out your problem within 24 hours

For all of my call of my compliant I didn’t got any replay even single phone call. So I now frustrated lot. If you can able to install do before (24.12.2012 at 5 pm), Or please return my amount with my last recharge as soon as possible.

Know one ready to solve the problem, everyone one said "sir I forward the mail (there is no issue to forward the mail)". I really get tensed one of your executive said sir we are not able to control our Service Engineer and also told the service Engineer very fear to come to my plance (without out knowing my place he said like this)
Note: I never saw such kind of irresponsible customer care
