Subject: irresponsible customer care

raised a case with videocon d2h call centre on sunday 10 am ( complaint number 138892417)
stating that i am not getting signal.
Same day evening i got another message saying that the issue has been resolved automatically.
again called the call centre and the person raised 2 more complaints 139009621 and 139010103 . one for the original issue and one for the engineer.

I am sorry to say that it is been more than 30 hours and nobody has revert back to me and i have been calling the customer care 4-5 times
every time they say the technical person will get back to you in another hour or so.

This is been really bad from a customer point of view.
Since start of my connection with videocon i was really happy with the service .. even i have brought another connection in my home town for my parents.

Really disappointed with your service. Requesting you to revert back immediately as i am devoid of all the TV action.

I raised the above case with videocon on sunday .
Called the customer care more than 25 times.

talked to 3 senior officers.
and today is friday still no answers from their side.

Such a pathetic customer care i havent ever dealt with.


Please help me in this regard. if i can get any contact details of senior executive it will be helpful

Iam a customer of this videocon d2h my customer id 2913410 iam register one complaint for the customer care for reffit my d2h .conplaint no .39165275 dated in iam given the request on 02052011 then after iam speak with this companys 5 nos of advicers and two supervisores (name pradeep and sabith) every one has to given replay for me it will be redy in the 12hrs now and his engine.will be call to me and every time this guys are given the strong cummitments (ONLY THE CUMMITMENTS PROBLEM STILL NOBEDYTO ATTENT) here iam waiting for 7days this the customer care has to doing this organisation and the irresponsible and ideotic persons of this organiasation and one think more iam say to here this two supervisers are to say to me while he will the engineer is not come the cumitted time pls call to this two guys in two time when i call after the guys cummitted time reply is like this the persons are not avilable know to whom iwant to contact to solve my problem pls give the advise .here iam giving the advice to public to my experiance to dont go to this product his service was very very worst in the world

I am hearing the same from ur customer care from day 1
do something
seriously now i regret taking videocon connection and this tells why you guys are not the top operator in India
at last after one week's struggle the technicians came
it was an easy issue for them to fix.
Wonder why it took this much time.

Now want to call again the customer care for refunding to my account for last one week.
i dont know how long this will take.

Using ur so clled service of d2h with I. D. No.38160213. ..With 2 mirror STP..HUMAN ERRORS are not unusual but after detecting faults, if nobody is responsibbly reacts in company like videocon ...It is SHAME...
I'm giving complains no.[protected]...and complain no[protected]. Given one after another...After been spoken to customer care persons?like ...dinesh yaday. .. .munna, sunil, suraj, tapas, vikas, adarsh, milli...and I don't knw who all..
Was given last words for sorting the issue by 21 April 4:00pm...NOWW?

Really got passed off ..😠 anybody ther to help??
