I am Mrs. Seema Sagar, residing at CC-XXI/1075-B, Nambiar Madom, East Nada Sastha Temple, Palluruthy, Kochi-682006. We had purchased Videocon d2h while we were in Talcher, Orissa in the month of January 2011 in the name of my Late Husband Mr. C. N. Vidyasagar. The details of the Set Top Box are: Sr. No.[protected] and the Regn. No. is [protected] and the Phone Number given was [protected]. I have relocated to the above-mentioned address in the month of April 2011. I would like to change the name of the Holder to Mrs.Seema Sagar and the address to be shifted is CC-XXI/1075-B, Nambiar Madom, East Nada Sastha Temple, Palluruthy, Kochi-682006.My Phone number is[protected].

I have already paid the recharge amount of Rs.200/-, contacted the Kochi Branch and this mail is in response to the information given by the Customer Care Executive (toll Free number). I want to change the package to South Indian package. Kindly do the necessary at the earliest so that we can access your services by tomorrow (6/9/2011).

I had purchased your connection 2 years ago and my customer ID is 79866799.
On Friday around 12:02 PM I had raised a relocation request from Aundh (Pin 411007) to Hinjewadi (Pin 411057). The de-installation happened promptly on the same day in the evening and I was given some apparatus and cables to carry with me to the new location.
As per you promises, the installation was supposed to happen on Sunday but did not despite my repeated calls to customer care and their assurances.
On Monday afternoon, when I was in office, your engineer called and asked me to come down for installation which had to refuse and asked him to come down the next day and told him explicitly that I would be taking leave on Tuesday for this. Tuesday went away and again despite numerous calls to customer care and engineer (who also was on weekly off and ignored to inform me of this on Monday), nobody visited and nobody called.
Wednesday I had to rush back from office at 4:30 to reach home by 5:30 PM for the installation when I was informed that the de-installation engineer did not do his job properly and did not provide with all things (foot mount was missing, some cable was cut and connector taken away).
I agreed to pay for the missing stuff and made an appointment with engineer for Thursday 6:30 PM. You Engineer turned up at 7:15 and promptly informed me that keys to the terrace in my society are not available after 7:00PM.
I am waiting for your next prank today.
Need a few answers here:
1. Why have I paid the engineer for de-installation when he did not do his job properly? Please refund the amount and deduct it from his salary if required.
2. Where is compensation for breaching the SLA and wasting my leaves let alone the 1 week of recharge value of my current pack and the mental torture and humiliation at the hands of your engineers? I wish not to pay for the installation and ask for the same to be deducted from the Service Center-in-charge/Engineer’s salary for not joing their job properly.
3. When I was sold the connection I was informed that the set top box was a property of VideoconD2H and I had to return it post usage and get refunded a part of the deposit. Seems like your policies have changed now and without informing me you have forced the new terms on me in a breach of contract that I signed with your organisation. Please continue relationships with me on the terms we had mutually agreed upon and if you wish to differ, please provide me an option to move out as per agreed to terms.
