[Resolved]  Videocon Industries Ltd. — demo no done

Dear sir

I have purchage one vediocon washing machine (Model WM COMBI 6800) from NEXT RETAIL SHOP, NEXT Annanaga, 99, E-Block, Annanagareast, chennai-102, Bill No. 508089, Dated.[protected]. I made a complaint on 22-05-08 to the call centre ( customer complaint no:8I [protected]). But nobady has turn for demonstration of the above purchased machine and daily I am reminding calls for the past seven days. Till date nobady has taken reponsibility to my complaint. I hope atleast you can make arrangements for the demo.
