[Resolved]  Videocon Industries Ltd. — delay in the replacement of the parts

dear sir,
I have a semi automatic videocon washing machine, which we purchased only one year before. I made a complaint on 14.9.08. regarding this. The service Engineer not came for inspection the machine. I made many reminder calls to customer care but it was waste. till today there was no reply from them. The machine is in the warranty period. Kindly guide my what i can do now. I have a semi automatic washing machine, which is 6 to 7 years old .Suddenly it's drying tub stop functioning .I am stying in Akurdi, Pune 35 .(Maharashtra ) .Can you give me details of nearst service centre, so that i will contact them and get my problem resolved .Expecting your early replay .

videeocon/single tub washing machine — no response

we have bought videocon washing machine single tub on december 13 2007..from one month of the purchase date we are facing problem with the machine and its been 2 months we have given complaint to check the problem there is no proper response either from the office or the service centre.

we have a fully automatic videocon washing machine Model no 5500 dlx which we purchased only 7month before. I made a complaint on may 08.in the name of Seemi & address 179/1 opp devi mandir, Ambala city(Haryana) & compaint no kar[protected]regarding this. The service person had come and inspected the machine.He advised to replace the PCB. he promised to return back within a week. But even after 1.5 month there was no communication from the customer care center. I made many reminder calls to them but it was waste. till today there was no reply from them. The machine is in the warranty period. . please reply.& call [protected]

we have a videocon washing machine model number 6800 Marine Dlx, Serial number[protected], which we purchased at sonovision eluru road vijayawada andhra pradesh, on the dated 23-04-09 bill number W0000104

But even after 3months there was no communication from the customer care center. I made many reminder calls to them but it was waste. till today there was no reply from them. inspite of my repeated complaints to the company from 30/1/2010 to 16/2/2010 the engineer visited only to detect the fault but never turned up for repair. my complaint number is - kar[protected] ,dated 4/2/2010.my machine is under warranty til april 2010 .
