i have recharge my account with Rs.97 i have got the balance Rs 110 on 30/03/2011 but at the night amount Deduct.so plz help me and for refunding my balance

my no is [protected]..videocon number..on 23oct the company deduct my 40rs balance without any reson and without my permission..so please return my balance my balance is on 23oct is above 50rs and deduct my 40rs

When many time my all balance deduct for wrong purpose and then I call to customer care so from their they was answered me wrong and his seniors officers and all staff give me all type of wrong information and then they are disconnect the call and my all type of balance was deduct and no solution.
