[Resolved]  Videocon / Mobile Phones — Worst Product

I bought a videocon/mobile phone v1502 from planet M outlet in Ramanathapuram(dist)/TamilNadu on 6/12/09.First day the charger failed and the phone heats up very quickly so that I cant keep my call for more than 1 minutes.when i went to the outlet they told me that its a feature of the phone really i was shocked by their replay.They took it for a service and replacement of charger .I visited the outlet more than 5 times to get the stuff back but there was no replay.The funniest thing is that the outlet/mobile phone ,both belongs to videocon .Don't do this to anyone else

1605 mobile — replacement

hi i purchased nokia mobile 1605 with in 1 month the mobile it is repair i summited to nokia service center in rajajinagar (clarity cells) i summited on 28my 2008 till nowthis is not replaced or repaired and given to me they are telling come today or tomorrow my job sheet number is[protected]/080528/24 i inquired in call center they are telling collect the mobile from service center but they it is not in service center i don't i think service people are playing take some action to replace his set . any enquirey call [protected]

I purchased FLY HUMMER Mobile phone in chennai at Saravana stores-T.Nagar.Withiin a month mobile touch glass got broken.Even i given to service centre.But servie centre not arranging touch glass since one month.
Making continuous follow ups no proper responce.

I bought Videocon Mobile from Planet M Kalkaji, and i m cursing myself after buying this phone.
it gets stuck every day. accelerometer and g sensor dont work. touch is worst. theres is not even a single good thing about this phone.
Never ever but videocon Mobiles.
I bought V 1405 No.[protected] on[protected]. Wireless FM not worked well and I made complaint to shopkeeper. Atleast, the shopkeeper replace mobile no.[protected] on[protected]. Now I founding that wireless FM in the new set is also not working well. A different type of noise found in full sound and receiving capacity is also poor. sender : [protected]@yahoo.in

V1604 ( videocon mobile) — worst quality phone

I brought V 1604 four months back, after two months it got usb cable and earphone problem, after four weeks i got replacement from service centre. Now i got keypad problem, service centre is not available nearer to my town, i call them to take my phone for repair, but they denied. So many problem meet by me within four months by this worst quality phone.

yes I DO AGREE, COMPANY SERVICE IS NOT GOOD.. I HAVD PURCHASED V1655 AND IT TOUCH PANEL WAS STOPPED FUCTIONING AFTER 10 DAYS AND WAS NOT REPAIRED BY SERVICE CENTRE IN 15 DAYS..AT ANDHERI MUMBAI U MAY CONTACT ME AT [protected]
Videocon mobile is the worst mobile I ever had. The mobile can be used as electric press. It gets hot only after use of 4-5 min. Even Mr. Arun Kanchan service manager from Videocon Rohtak, aggreed that mobile is deffective but he said to me in very rude manner that I cannot provide any service. He also said to complain wherever a customer wants. Funniest thing which Mr Arun said to me when i asked him to provide official mail ID that I cannot provide my official email ID as the company doesnt provide. I request every body not to go for Videocon, and also to communicate it to others so that they cannot face any problem which weare facing.

Videocon V 1675 — the waste mobile i have seen

the waste mobile i have seen and worthing 7000rs is waste its not working properly , the software is not nice , its a copy of chine mobiles, china mobiles may be best comparing because it costs less , i complained to the shop they were not responding and then i went to service center every time i go they reply the they will update software and even when they do the problem will not go, i can truely say this is a worst mobile
Hi all

I have purchased one Videocon Mobile QWERTY key pad type model 1675 in the month of June 2010. It is worse and wastage of money. When I tried charging first time i got Bad Connector msg and since then it is there. Charging capacity is very poor. Battery is very poor, ... get discharges very quickly. It take more than 6 hrs for full charge. Ear phone given with handset got out of order ( wire broken) second day when I tried to use it.

user interface is very poor. I do not recommond anyone to buy any Videocon phone, better to buy some other make.

I have been using Nika Samsung Sony sets, they are far better and worth to invest in handset but dont go for Videocon ever never.

Are Videocon guys reading this and will take care of costmer worry or will be busy in making money . Let customer - die!!!
Can you just inform me what is happening now with repair of my handset.

I would request you to please replace the handset with new one so that I can use it if you are not able to provide the necessary parts to the service centre. from d day i bought the videocon mobile handset (v1675) faceing a problem wid the handset, even company provides a damage peace of handsets and the hight is that when I ask for the same the saler replyed 'now we cant do anything beter u go to service center they will solve your problem'. I have submit the handset on 25the of july 2010 for display problem. but til date when I ask regulerly to the service center they replyed that my handset is not done yet the part is not available and the most hight is that when I cal the company toll free feedback no they told thad the part is dispatched on 30the of july. now tel me whome I trust either the service center or company. kuch nahi bas chutiya bananeka kam kar rehi hai company aur company wale. mujhe to lagta hai service center se mera handset bech diya gaya hai kisi ko ya uske parts nikalke bech ja rahe hai tabhi to mujhe sahi reply nahi mil raha aur handset bhi nahi mil raha ab bato mai kiske pas apni complaint karau.

I bought v1655 mobile on[protected]. i have lot of problems with the mobile. screen blinks, some times incoming ring tone wont work, some times the phone will struck until i remove battery and replace and soo many problems. from past 3 months phone memory is not working and card memory also showing full with out any data. so i searched for service centre and went to service centre

i went to that place by wasting my 2 hours time and i got a worst response from the person i dont know his name. he dint even know how to operate a mobile. he was appointed for technical support. i dont know who appointed him and he is saying that Videocon guys are buying china phones and labeling their logo on that. and i felt why i bought this mobile when he said "THESE PHONES WONT WORK PROPERLY. I[censored] GOT ANY PROBLEMS WITH THAT GO AND TROUGH IT IN HUSSAIN SAGAR". This was the customer support executives response. i used lot of mobiles before. i kept them away by getting bored with them but i never got a minor problem also. i will definitely promise that i never buy videocon mobile again. next i will buy china phone but not VIDEOCON.
this is a request request to videocon guys "JUST REMOVE THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT CENTRES" its waste to maintain them by paying rents and salaries.

Videocon customer support does not have wap / gprs settings for this model. In fact major mobile operators even their sister concern Videocon mobile services do not have wap / gprs settings for videocon mobiles

There are many manufacturing defects in most of the videocon models.

Attitude of customer service is very lethurgic.

Such things are not expected from a brand like Videocon and if they want to remain in the market they will have to do quality checks

Dear sir,
I bought mobile phone V1675 on dated 6/01/2011, from first day I faced bad charger of connectivity problem into my phone set. then I deposited that phone kit at service centre (sai mobile care shakhar pur Delhi) on dated 12/01/2011. But till date I did not get back my replaced new phone kit. It was my first and very bad experience with Videocon mobile phone.
Worst mobile phone & service you are providing to your customer. It’s totally unsatisfactory serive.
I requested you please look into this matter and take necessary action as soon as possible.
