Videocon Mobile Model No - 1441 — complain of mobile service

Mobile set is deposited to the service centre at BBSR on 03.10.11. Till date the set is not yet repaired. Service centre do not respond on calling on the phone no.[protected] provided in the complaint receipt. it is already 43 days passed for my deposit of the set. earlier too i faced the same problem with the same set. and similar kind of behaviour from your service centre.

Videocon / V - 1675 — bad service

My name is Khairul Moin Ansari, from Jhansi (U.P.). I want to complain for mobile handset model no. v-1675, IMEI no. [protected], battery no. v-[protected] has not working properly, problem reported- charging and headphone not working and battery not charging, so i gave it to service center, Betwa Mobile Sadar Bazar Jhansi at date 24/11/2011. But they are unable to solve the problem and changed my new phone to older one, and when i refuse to take they said it will be replaced by company and delay time everyday.

The above are few numbers that call on[protected], their dates, timings & number of times that is been disturbed.We have requested not to call but still it is been continued.Also without permission sometime the amount is been detected for unwanted things.

Videocon Mobile / V1476 Handset — Near about damaged battery

I have send the trail mail for change the battery of Videocon V1476 handset last four days and he gave the complaint no. [protected] he not gave the status of above ref no. and not tell the how much time taken in exchange the battery of that set.

I purchased one videocon mobile in jan 13. From the day 1 the problem was there. The support team takes long time toi solve the issue. The backup problem in A30 was hurrible. Company changed a set with A52. But the problem still continued. It is having good back up. But No 3g is coming. It works with reliance and airtel 3g but no bsnl 3g.
Company is not able to solve the issue till date.

horrific. its just not about videocon. indian brands are truly unproffessional and way below standards.people pay their hard earned money to get these gadgets and its thier duty to support them atleast an year as gratitude and responsibilty.these desi brands know that they can get away by doing such things.in my opinion these below standards companies should be black listed and let people know of their true colours

I have videocon mobile and with in 10month it was in service centre for 1 month... what is the use of this mobile, , , service centers are not service centers they are only collection centers, collecting the device forwarding to headoffice, no idea when it come back.. this is the second time i am waiting for my phoen it's lying in service center...The worst mobile that ever i used and never heard a service center and a call center that videocon have / had(not answering on phone not replying for mails.)...

Package is automatically upgraded
