[Resolved] Videocon Refrigerator — Need replacement under Warranty
After purchasing the Videocon Refrigerator in September 2008, However after 3 months it has stopped working.
We have lodged the complaint (THA[protected]) with Videocon and their technician has come and worked on it after rigourous follow up of 15 days, However fridge has not started working properly but the complaint was closed by said technician.
We lodged a 2nd complaint again (THA[protected]) and their same technician came again and did something and closed the call again.
After we followed with him, he asked us to lodge 3rd complaint.
We lodged the 3rd complaint(THA[protected]), and the new engineer has come in 2 days and fridge has started working properly. The engineer asked us to use voltage stabiliser for fridge.
Even after using Voltage Stabiliser on for the refrigerator, after 2 months refrigerator has again stopped working, We lodged 4th complaint (THA[protected]) with videocon and in 2 days the engineer come and fridge has started working as normal again.
However next day refrigerator, has stopped working completely again
We had to lodge a new complaint again (THA[protected]).
The same fridge facing problem with all the service and repairs
We need a replacement of the product.
