[Resolved]  Videocon Refrigerator — negligence in service

scratches on refrigerator when bought from meharsons pvt ltd sector 22, chandigarh.i complained many times and they are not replying.also they know about the scratches.refrigerator is still in warranty period.

This is an humble request that we purchased a videocon refridgerator (model no S091DLX) on 2006. Our refridgerator is not working properly from last three Months. we had complaint about this to to customer care for several times but still now our problem is not solved. As Hot summer is on we are facing so many problem due to the negligency of customer care representative. The complain no is given below

The representative also black mailing with money everytimes when they comes to us. They take 900/ from us for three times. At last we are in deep trouble so kindly help us other wise we will go for register a case in consumer court. as more than 50 staff are working in our organization so we all recomoneded all staff not to go for videocon products.

Worst service, worst call center, poor turnaround time to attend the complaint. I suggest not to buy Videocon coz if it is working fine, no worries but if something goes wrong noone would be there to resolve the issue.

We have purchased a tv from batala but after starting the tv with in 7 month there have 7 visited of repair the tv and no body ready to replace the tv.

you are not providing the spare parts of the refrigerator D-461 to me for the last one year. i am in need of door rubber of said product. despite registration of complaints no. LUD[protected] dated 6.3.2009, LUD [protected] dated 2.6.2009 and complaint no. 81237 dated 30.9.2009 registered on i-net.

We bought new Videocon Refrigerator on 13.12.2009 at Adyar, chennai.When connect that day in our home that light is not switched on.We told that complaint that day.There was response from videocon service centre.they called us and asked when we come to check.we told when any member of faamily in home come and check.But that guy from service centre told i wont come.His behaviour was not good.Your customer service is not good.When compare to other standard company your service is not good.We thought your prodcut was good and service is good when we bought your product.

Please dont buy videocon product.Worst service, worst customer care members, working members in service centres response is sooooooooooooooooo worst.please check when u buy videocon product check all parts.We suffered worst videocon refrigerator and customer response.

Videocon/Refrigerator — Negligence of service

i had purchased this refrigerator from Dashmesh enterprises, Ambala City on[protected]. from its very first day machinery is not working proper function it is meant to perform. Neither dealer are paying proper attention towards my complaint nor company's servie engineers.

Very poor service. I am calling them to repair my Fridge. They repaired and it got faulty in two days only. I paid 1300 to them. Now they are not ready to come to fix it. It took one month to fix it last time and now again I am calling them daily and they say we will come today tomorrow and now etc. but what my experience is videocon cannot fix single issue in a month even. I would suggest everybody to not to purchase videocon product ever. Very poor service they serve.

I have bought a VIDEOCON refrigerator an year back. The machine started giving me problems from the 6th month of our purchase onwards. We have promptly informed the company service centre and to our surprise and disgust they charged us heavily in the name of service and this was when the warranty coverage was still not over. Subsequent to this at least 3 times we had confronted with different issues.

Everything from the product, service delivery, response mechanism, etc. makes Videocon as the worst company that i ever dealt with. It is my sincerest request to each one of you to not to opt for VIDEOCON products particularly its refrigerator range.

wrong balance deduction

From my balance wrong amount has been deducted bd when i called out to there customer care to ask them they are not giving any response

My VIDEOCON'S top load 6.5 kgs Fully Automatic washing machine's water inlet cock is not working i.e water does not stops even after the machine is switched off. Everytime we need to off the water tab .
