[Resolved] Videocon - Refrigerator — Defective product | |||
I have purchased Refrigerator of Videocon 300L from Pai-electronics RT Nagar, Salesman in Pai told me the product is good all the sales talk. This Refrigerator is with for 6months and seen repair 4 times in row for every month. Customer service is very poor, every time you call tech guy they come and fix, don't even get the feedback to communicate back to his office. I have asked for replacement of this Refrigerator and fed of service they provide, but no one is even bother to find out what wrong with this product even though there is still 6months warranty left. I hear there are lot of complaints from consumers on Videocon quality of product & service. I would like to book a case in consumer court for "defective product and bad service". whoever read this "DO NOT BUY VIDEOCON PRODUCTS, THEY ARE MADE CHEAP IN QUALITY" My Pai reciept# CWH-9206, store#: RTN-260 Was this information helpful? | |||

I too complaint regarding service of the refrigerator butI have not heard from them till now. complaint number DEL [protected] and DEL [protected]
videocon-refrigerator — Defect in Refrigerator
I purchased a double door refrigerator in December 2007 . As soon as it was delivered to me, i noticed that the door is not closing properly, leaving gaps. Hence a complaint was lodged at customer care through phone. An engineer visited and told us that since this is a new fridge,the magnet of the door will take its shape soon and filled some cotton insode the rubber.However the defect remained as it is after using the fridge for some time also. Again a compaint was lodged , the engineer came and again tried to fill some cotton inside rubber. But no useNow it has been over 2 years , continuosly i am following the matter through E-mails but the DEFECT HAS NOT BEEN RECTIFIED TILL DATE.
Pl. let me know what can be done. i am fed up.

very first day i got defected product .complaint to dealer in amritsar no action taken from ur dealer complaint again and again first cooling fanprobem changed then door COLOUR MISS MATCH probem again colour change now timer problem service man ask for charges againif you check history from day one i purchase godrej freez iam in trouble .please NOTE your dealer is losing nothing but brand image of godrej must be effected
please please please do the needful.onething i do that i will never go to buy ur product

Videocon Refrigerator — Defective Product
I have purchase Refirgrator make Vediocon on dt. 07 Nov.2007.I have facing problem the next days. and again this product is not running very well. some problen is in this product.
I shuld compaint the service center but very lightly handling my problem.
within 4 month i have regirsterd 3 complaint.
