I have booked one Viennois Jewelry Set ,Model No:V013087A,Product Code:i083 in the month of June 2010, and the amount was charged to my credit card on 03/07/2010 by invoise no :[protected],courier charges by invoise no :[protected] on 03/07/2010.In this regard I gave e-mail to the coustomer care 2times but no response for my query.As on today 02/10/2010 my ordered product was not delevered to me.
