VIEW SONIC — Regarding CRT Monitor

I am having five "View Sonic Monitors" and out of which three are not working properly.
I logged my complaint regarding the three monitor on view sonic customrer care helpline number ([protected] & [protected]) on 24th August and they provided me a service request number too i.e IDRN10090010 & IDRN[protected] and they sent one person named Mr. Naresh([protected]), who visited my place and taken Monitor PCB with him.
I called on bangalore numbor([protected]) too and they asked me to wait for half an hour and they will call me back however from 2nd of september to today date, they haven't call me.
My problem is still exist, whenever I tried to get knowledge/status about my monitor or PCB, they always asked me that it will take time.
I want to know that how much time three monitor will take to repair.
This is disguistibg as a customer it's my worst experince about VIEW SONIC products & Services.
