Dear sir, I am shocked about your response, Black spot which has appears on the screen how should be physically damage ? are you denied to give service after sales ? is this exclude your warranty policy while the screen in not phyically damage or mishandling or

2. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:

3. Any damage of the product due to transportation.
4. Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations / failure or interference caused due to any non compatible hardware / software.
3. Removal, installation, and set-up service charges.
4. Special charges such as Octroi, inter -state tax, surcharge, duties, any special municipal tax, and/or the like.
it only your LCD panel faulty? without visiting your service engineer ?
