[Resolved] Vijay Kumar — airtel sim card block by airtel | |||
Dear sir/madam i want to tell you that my sim card (airtel) blocked by them some day ago. before blocking a customer care executive called me and said me about resubmission of ID proof to avail their service he gave me time duration of 5 day. i have submitted ID proof on next days. i have receiving of ID proof, My mobile no is [protected] . yet my no is not reactivated , when i visit airtel office again they said that i do not recharge rs 200 in time duration of six months. but i use that no freely i monthly recharge amount is around 200 rs. they said not and argue with me , when i said him to provide my ac. detail they refuse me. so please suggest me what can i do. because this no is spread in my relation. and i also lost my contact no saved in this card. only i want that my no will be reactivated or please provide duplicate sim card. thanks and regards Vijay kumar [protected] Email id- [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

Vijay Kumar — amount deducted but recharge not done
my SBI net banking through i recharge(mob No [protected] Vodafon) of Rs96 has not done but the said amount has been deducted in my main account, Please credit my amount. Ref ID[protected]IG0 0XWQCQ2 Transfer to [protected].
