[Resolved] Vijay Sales Emi Scheme + Toshiba Laptop — Disgusting Customer support | |
I purchased Toshiba Laptop from Vijay Sales on 15th August 07 on an EMI Scheme. It was told that consumer load will be activated with in 3-5 days and you can collect your Laptop by 20 th August. On a regular follow up (Daily 2-3 times) about my approval on loan, I got an excuse that the agency who is doing verification will do it next day. At last on 27th I have decided to take my money back (14 K rs) and go for another shop to buy a laptop. Order No for this purchase was : ORD4034987; Date : 15 Aug 07 Was this information helpful? | |
