TEL : [protected] DATE :[protected] ORDER NO : 16-MR05-09SO525 CODE : WFT8019QS ITEM : LG WASHING MACHINE WFT8019QS 7 KG AMOUNT RS.16,820/- BY CASH. WHEN I PURCHASED THE MACHINE I WAS NOT GIVN PROPER DEMO BY LG PERSON.NEVERTHELESS I READ THE MANUAL AND STARTED OPERATING MACHINE.RECENTLY I STARTED USING FABRIC CONDITIONER BUT TO MY SURPRISE THE MACHINE WAS NOT ABLE TO TAKE THE CONDITIONER IN THE DUCT PROVIDED BY IT.AND HENCE THE FULL PROCESS COULD NOT BE PERFORMED AUTOMATICLY. I CONTACTED LG CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GAVE A COMPLAINT ON 03/06/2010 -C [protected] BUT I WAS SURPRISED INSTEAD OF ATTENDING WITHIN 24HRS MY COMPLAINT WAS NOT FOLLOWED AGAIN I HAD TO MAKE A CALL AND UPDATE ALL DETAILS.ONLY THEN THE PERSON CAME TO ATTEND THE COMPLAINED. BUT FAILED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.HE SAID HE WILL SEND HIS SENIOR NEXT DAY .AGAIN AFTER 2DAYS ON 09/06/2010 THE OTHER PERSON CAME AND COULD NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM HE SAID HE WILL COME NEXT DAY WITH TOOL BOX TO OPEN THE MACHINE.BUT HE NEVER TURNED UP AND I GOT ANOTHER SMS FROM LG ON 09/06/2010 THAT MY SERVICE REQUEST IS CLOSED REASON: CUSTOMER WILL CALL AGAIN . WHAT NONSENSE ? AGAIN I HAD TO CALL UP THE LG CUSTOMER CARE TO GIVE COMPLAINT C [protected] ON 09/06/10 BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE NO BODY HAS VISITED HOME. THE ABOVE FACTS CLEARLY STATES : 1)THE LG PRODUCT SOLD TO ME BY VIJAY SALES WAS DEFECTIVE /MALFUNCTIONING. 2) LG HAS NO INTEREST N RESPONSIBILITY IN RESPONDING TO COMPLAINTS ONCE THEIR GOODS ARE SOLD TO THE CUSTOMER. HENCE I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK OR A NEW REPLACEMENT FROM LG AND VIJAY SALES AS THEY HAVE GIVEN ME A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT WHERIN I HAD PURCHASED A FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE.
