[Resolved]  Vijaya Diagnostics — Irresponsible with patients

My dad was suffering from some kind of breathlessness and thought of checking with Cardio tests and we called for the same to Vijaya Diagnostics Himayath Nagar branch with keeping in mind that its a head office and we get good response as we couldn't get some right info from Tolichowki branch. So Himayath nagar branch said, they can be availble till 4:30 PM for TMT test( as doctor is required for this test). So my brother took half day leave and he took my father to Himayath Nagar branch and before he starts, he ensured that Dr is still there at 3:00PM or so and they promised he will be available till 4:30PM. So he started and reached by 4:00PM with my Dad. Then after reaching there simply, carelessly they were saying Dr left for the day by 3:50PM or so. The staff was not even bothered to say a SORRY for their recklessness nature. Dad and brother were so tired and came back to home with big disappointment and when I contacted Jubilihills branch for the same tests at 6:00PM, they said Dr is available and willl be available for 30 more mins or so. I called them twice before I start from my home and mentioned that I couldn't make with Himayath Nagar branch and I don't want to see the same with thing with Jubilihills branch and I ensured the same. They said Dr will be available and we can come down.I kept calling when I was on the way to center and they said Dr is still available. So after we reached to center, receptionist was simply saying, Dr left for the day. It was too much disappointing and i was surprised with their hopelessness and recklessness nature with the patients. I was too much pisssed off and got angry like anything and shouted on reception and I wanted to take this matter very seriously and wanted to escalate on their carelessness nature and wanted to talk to management and asked them call. Simply receptionist was saying no manager or anybody whom I can take up this. Such a hopeless service with so called esteemed service center..How can they play with patients like this. We couldn't got the test done because of this kind of service from them. And one more thing I could observe with one more patient is, they have handed over the wrong report to wrong person and when they were asking for explanation, they were not even feeeling any guilty for this and didn't even bother to say SORRY for this big blunder mistake. May God save us from such a hopeless diagnostic centers and just wondering how these guys have become POINEERS in this.
