[Resolved]  Vipul Motors — FAULTY CAR SERVICE

Dear Sir,

We had send our Maruti Esteem Car with Regn No - UP 16 F 0999 to Vipul Motors, Sector - 3, Noida (U.P.) on 31st August for normal service.

In the evening, when we went to collect our vehicle, we found that the same could not be started. On checking, it was found that the Self of the car was completely burnt.

We brought it to the notice of the service centre, who said that the problem could not be cured as the service centre was getting closed for the day. We were then asked to come again the next day.

Today morning, when we went there, the General Manager of the centre, Col Jagmohan, started giving stories that the problem might have been old and subsisting and that they cannot be held responsible for the same. We tried to explain to them that the vehicle was sent in an absolutely fine running condition and if there had been any self problem, it would have definately come to the notice of the people doing the service. It seems that all our requests are falling on deaf ears as now they are saying that we will have to pay 50% for the new Self and they will bear the rest 50%

Now, we are being subjected to such harassment at their service station since morning that cannot be put down in words. We have tried talking to the highest level person of the centre but they are not ready to accept that the mistake is at their end.

Kindly take strict action against the service centre to restrict them from taking advantage of their customers in such unruly manner.
