[Resolved]  Virgin Mobile / Mobile — Customer Service

I purchased mobile set with connection online. I get delivery on time & activated next day. As per letter i received & a phone call from virgin mobile co. they have to send their executive to collect my documents. But till date nobody came. In between this period i talk to customer care peoples 8-10 times but no solution. Then on 4th Nov. i personally go to virgin mobile outlet at Centerstage Mall Noida(U.P) & deposit documents. But on 5th Nov morning they deactivated my services.I again called their customer care(sales) no. 60016666 & they told me that it was their mistake & my no. will be activated in 24 hrs. but nothing happened after 24 hrs. I again called & they told me that they not received my documents it will take next 24 hrs. But after next 24 hrs no improvement today morning on 6th i again called on above mentioned no. & talk to Mr. Avtaar singh he write down my compaint & give me complaint no. VNT07008422 & told that it will take 24 hrs. I dont know how much 24 hrs they need to rectify their mistake. Problem is from their side & i am suffering.

Virgin Mobile / Vbond — Defective piece

I bought this handset in March 2009. But now the handset is so pathectic that it will not connect a call.
My friend have complaint me that whenever they try to call me its show the no. is not reachable or please check the no. U have called. I even called the Customer Care but they are also helpless. I tried Call from from one of my another no. to My Virgin No. the net work was full still it gave the above mentioned error whenever i tried to connect. Some time if I call to a no and the other person is not answering the call still i get charged. I even informed this concern to Virgin still the same reply, everything from our end is correct.
I dno't want to use this no. any more. I request Virgin to take this handset back and dispose it off in the garbage bin as it is of no use. Secondly now a days U dno't get Virgin CDMA refill easily. The vendors are also cribbing about the same. So, Virgin mobile instaed of spending lavish amount on hiring actors and actress for promotion try to put the same amount of money to develop your infrastructure, which will help to retain customer rather than lossing them to other company. Thank You for providing exception service.

Tata Virgin GSM Services — Reg Balance not added

I Prabhat Kumar is a customer of Virgin GSM services. My Mob. No is [protected]. I got an information from customer care that If you recharge by Rs 200 you will get Rs 181 immidiately and Rs 50 within 72 hours. I recharged my mob with Rs 200 on 17/06/2010. After completion of 03 days i have not got my extra balance of Rs 50. Then I lodge a complain no VGSM09001148 and VPR07004669. But After 10 days I have not got my balance

i have recharge my account through online (www.virginmobile.in)sbi
mobile banking system 17/06/2010 approx 2.57am am of rs 25/ on
[protected](prepaid GSM, kolkata circle).but surprisingly i have seen
that my balance has not been credited to my no.it has forfeited .rs
25/ has been dedected from
my sbi account transaction id[protected].i have attached necessary
information to you, kindly solve this serious problem as soon as
possible & my no. has been disconnected on 19/06/2010 due to non
submission of document. i have lodge a complaint through 121 toll free
request id-VRRG09002199 & VCF07097404 RESPECTIVELY.

i have attached a copy of print screen of your mail & transaction details.
.I have submitted this copies to nodal officer several times but no-balance given to my account still now
kindly solve it & back my balance soon.

Virgin Mobile vFlash — Low Speed

Hi

I am facing a big time issue with VirginMobile.The product from Epivalley data card [wireless].They claim the speed upto 3.1 Mbps but i am not getting even 0.5 mbps.The speed is vary from 0.3mbps to 0.5mbps.I have logged the complaint against it on 20July but till this time they are not able to resolve this.

My mobile number is : [protected] and I have never ever seen such a rubbish and mobile service in my entire life. I have used different mobile services but no one is as worst as virgin is! every time i face a new problem with this mobile service. Customer always suffers because of this crapy mobile service. Today my mobile is always serching for network and it deleted all my imported contacts and messages from my mobile this is worst CDMA mobile service. This mobile is giving me a very hard time. I can say this if any word I can find more than worst mobile service. This gonna shut virgin mobile company one day!
Virgin Mobile customer service is pathetic. The customer representatives do not know the meaning of " customer service". They are very ruthless and curt.Feel like strangling them when we hear the hard tone of them. Wonder who is at whose service!!!

Virgin Mobile GSM No. 8090940651 — fed up by services and hidden deductions

I am Dr. VYOMESH CHITRAVANSH alias YOGESH from Varanasi i m subscriber of vergin gsm mobile services no . [protected].
i m using this service since last 6 months, but i never satisfied by its other services except then tele calling services.
before 4 months they deducted my 225 Rs without any reason on this argument that there is an ISD call by my cell. i have complained it on this forum also , but i didnt get any favourable result.
again they deducted my 56/ with this argument that my pre activated has failed due to my new SMS packs.
its ok,
but now i want to complain about its other sevices like DND services, i registered it on 2nd october 2010 at 6.47pm, its registration no. is [protected]. but yet after 45 days it has not activated on my nr.
same things with their free fun jokes, i have rejected this services and applied for unsubscibe on 30th october 2010, and i got its confirmation massage on 31st oct 2010 at 5.04 pm, but this service is yet continue on my nr. and disturbing me.
now i have no way exept to go in TRAI and consumer forum court, i[censored] have any suggestion , please suggest me.
