One consignment vide CN No.W 26205647 was booked by our Agra Office on 22.01.09 to be delivered to me (N.Cchandra Sekhar Rao, AGM-Marketing, Visakhaptnam Steel Plant, Adm. Building, Visakhapatnam-530 031) at our Corporate Office. Till date the same was not delivered. Kindly take necesary action immediately.

In my credit card statement dated 21/8/2009, (Statement period 22/7/09 - 20/8/09) the first transaction is showing as Rs 512.50. But I ahve purchased pertrol for Rs 500 only. Pl. clarify and give feedback
