Vodafone — recharge details | |||
I had a recharge done for rs.200, at bangalore,HAL on 26/3/10. but no change in my balance was shown. the retailer could not tell,so I called vodafone customer care. they told me to call andhra pradesh customer care, as my sim is from, hyderabad.when i called the andhra pradesh vodafone care, they advised me to call karnataka vodafone care for the recharge details... after 2 weeks i was told about the recharge, y that time i had unknowingly used up much the new balance improperly. The vodafone customer care personnels of hyderabad are not very polite & approachable, also many times a telugu representative takes my call even after chosing for an Enghlish / Hindi.
