sir,
i got a blackberry phone and this is first time ever i use it. so i called vodafone customer care for assistance. they misguide me that plan of rs. 399/month will make you download unlimited and no cost will be charged on internet except video streaming and vodafone live.i said okay and got the plan.
now i am upgrading my BBM and it charged from my main balanced. and i again called your customer care.they are very rude. they ask for wait wait wait every time. after aprox. 15 minutes they transfer my call to supervisor. and he said i can not give your money back. if you misguide us and don't help us, then where will we go.?
its a request if you understand my problem. and help me out. its not about money i've lost. but make sure that this will never happen again and never misguide any customer .

Another prob is my aanother no is [protected]. from this no balance was dedact around rs.98 .
its happend around 12 dec 2010, I was dial 198 helpline on 13 dec 2010, from [protected] this no at morning, a mam receive the call her name "Pritha" did't solve my prob she transferred my call , call was transferred a mam receive my call and she disconnect my call without solving my prob

Second time am calling "Sagor Dutta" received my call he told me he transferred my call but call was not transferred i am online minimum 30 min. WHAT IS THIS ???

Vodafone — Balance Deduction

Dear Sir,

A vodafone care excutive call me at about 12:10PM on date18/12/2010 from the no.[protected]
and told me that you have selected for free GPRS user. You can use Free GPRS and also download free wallpaper etc.
Then after i open the GPRS only for 3seconds and i was also not click any thing to download .
I find the my Rs99has been deducted from my no.[protected].
Then I called to customer care excutive(111)
She refueded to any belace diduction And also disconect the call.

Please do something ....This is the fraud done by the compney.

Vodafone — Pathetic service and forceful deduction from my a/c

Dear Sir,

My name is Saish Sawant,my number is [protected]. on 28th dec 10 at around 3:30pm I had called customer care because somebody had transferred 30Rs from my mobile. I just wanted to know to which no. the transfer took place.So the customer care executive named Goldy forcefully activated SUNDAY scheme on my mobile and deducted 9Rs from my a/c, I dint wanted this scheme actually.
So I called back customer care on 29th at 1:15 approx. then another executive (don't know his name) said i am going to transfer the call to senior executive and put me on hold for 45min.Then I again called up at 3:27, they put me on hold for 1:20 min.I called 6 to 8 times but my problem was not solved and also two people have disconnected the call by putting me on hold.This is how they gave me Pathetic service,humiliation,harassment and hypertension.
Then i went to vodafone store office,there they give me email id
NODAL.[protected]@VODAFONE.COM and told me to register the complain.
I am hoping that u will be doing the needful thing, and making your slogan "HAPPY TO HELP" become true.
I want a acknowledgement from your side as early as possible(today itself). Otherwise I am planning to file a case against the company.

Vodafone — DEDUCTION OF BALANCE BEFORE THE TIME OF INFORMATION

When I checked the next day,it became -13.81 rs.

When I checked the next day, it became -1.82 rs. no 14th jan 2011 the sms come to me on 14th jan 2011 (your mci alerts has been registered) and after that its activated but i am not registered to activate my scheme and my gprs using charges is also debiting insteed i recharge with 96rs bonus card of gprs scheme on 13th jan 2011
Can you please look into this asap.The vopdafone customer care ececutive amandeep are crap and they are wasting my time.I have call to customer care 2 times but the answer they give is not satisfactory. after that i recharge with 20rs on 15th jan 2011 and next morning my balance was -1.62 rs. Please gave my balance back or else I will have to disconnect the card.

Vodafone — balance deduction without using net

Dear Sir,

Within in 4 days of portability I am writing the mail, 2nd times for the complaints against Vodafone. I have activated Vodafone live on my Nokia C-5 handset yesterday and my balance is deducting on continuous basis without using net. Today to stop this (balance deduction) I recharged my no. with Rs 95/- net plan around 3:06p.m. even after that my balance had been deducted which comes to Rs/-8 from Rs.53/-, still my balance is deducting without using your net on mobile

Did I make a crime for opting Vodafone for portability or its your habit to harass the customer regularly. I hope you will understand my problem and try to resolve it by refunding my balance.

I had got a recharge done for rs 222 on the 21st of feb and by the 24th night, my balance was at least 100 but, somehow, it got mysteriously deducted to -0.47 on the 25th. Vodafone — Unwanted deduction of the credit balance in the prepaid card

Dear Sir,

I hold a prepaid vodafone card my number is[protected]. Till date I have not activated a single facility (like caller tune or so) with this card.. Since past one month my balance is getting reduced for no reason. When inquired with the helpline they said that I need to visit their store. The person in the store said me that I need to visit the vodafone gallery as the store visited by me is the Mini Store. In other words, my problem was not solved and I was made to visit at several stores of Vodafone thereby wasting my time.

Till date the amount of Rs. 150/- (approx) must have been deducted by them for no reason.

today i got a sms from Vodafone saying "As per your request Caller Tune service is activated. Rs.30.00 is charged as service rental for 30 days. Next rental will be deducted as per the availability of balance in your account on 06 Apr 2011. To deactivate send CAN CT to 144 (Tollfree). " and

again just after few seconds i got another text from "56789" which reads like "Your Callertune service has been activated!Movie/song ka naam 55655(toll free) par SMS karke Callertune badle.Hit song chunne ke liye call kare 123(toll free)"

i did not request for any such callertune service from my number to Vodafone and still they 've deducted Rs.30 from my balance !! And this is not the first time they did it to me , i've faced such balance deduction problems from vopdafone before too!! i'm so sick with Vodafone now !! please help me out !!
