sir, i got a blackberry phone and this is first time ever i use it. so i called vodafone customer care for assistance. they misguide me that plan of rs. 399/month will make you download unlimited and no cost will be charged on internet except video streaming and vodafone live.i said okay and got the plan. now i am upgrading my BBM and it charged from my main balanced. and i again called your customer care.they are very rude. they ask for wait wait wait every time. after aprox. 15 minutes they transfer my call to supervisor. and he said i can not give your money back. if you misguide us and don't help us, then where will we go.? its a request if you understand my problem. and help me out. its not about money i've lost. but make sure that this will never happen again and never misguide any customer . thanking you nayan([protected]) Was this information helpful? | |||

My vodafone number [protected] balance was rs10 and it was reduced to -31rs.I am active on 58rs 2gb pack from 9-8-11.Kindly refund my money.My other contact no. is [protected].

My Main balance on 28th Aug(Morning) was Rs.8.119/- And data to use balance was 24mb
on 28th i used internet for some period on phone.......
On 28th night at 11.50pm i checked my balance was Rs.8.119/- and data balance 10mb left....
after 11.50pm i didn't used my phone at all
On 29th morning when i check my balance is negative-Rs.-1.780/-
i don't know why they deducted it pls do respond at the earliest reason for deduction....

Vodafone — non activation of do-not-disturb service
this is a complaint against vodafone service provider.I registered my mobile no. in the do-not-disturb service.subsequently i rcvd a mail and had been infrmd that within 7 days de wd work upon it and ds service wd be activated.but alas!i kept on recving those stupid msgs and some times tel. calls. is this the quality in ur service...??..how shameful..!....rcving useless, worthless msgs in the middle of an important work in my usual busy schedule is cumbersome....i, very strictly, never attend to these msgs....bt evn deleting the msg consume 2 important seconds of my time...

I recharged my account for Rs. 850 on 30th October 2011 which gives me 6GB of 3G usage within 1 month. Since this morning, (7th Nov 2011), around Rs. 100 of my balance have been deducted whenever I try to use 3G internet.
