sir,
i got a blackberry phone and this is first time ever i use it. so i called vodafone customer care for assistance. they misguide me that plan of rs. 399/month will make you download unlimited and no cost will be charged on internet except video streaming and vodafone live.i said okay and got the plan.
now i am upgrading my BBM and it charged from my main balanced. and i again called your customer care.they are very rude. they ask for wait wait wait every time. after aprox. 15 minutes they transfer my call to supervisor. and he said i can not give your money back. if you misguide us and don't help us, then where will we go.?
its a request if you understand my problem. and help me out. its not about money i've lost. but make sure that this will never happen again and never misguide any customer .

I am Sandeep Kamboj from Delhi and I am writing you this email as I have an outstanding dispute with Vodafone Mobile company (Delhi Circle). I recently customer a new Add on number ([protected]) from Vodafone (Delhi Circle) .I have been charged Rs 5 for sending a text message on 0 number. And upon inquiry, company people are saying that I have prefixed 00 before the number. Please read the whole communication below which I had with Vodafone.


I don't think anyone in India prefix 00 when he or she is sending a text message. This is simply a case of fraud charge and moreover, my call details clearly states that no prefix was used on the number on which the message has been sent. I have message in my mobile inbox details for your review. You can clearly see that there are no prefix before the numbers for which I have been charged Rs 5.00.


I had a word with the Nodal officer and the Appellate Authority but instead of looking into this matter they both talked to me in a very rude manner as If I am begging something from them and they preferred to hung up on me without helping me out. Before hanging up the call, the Appellate authority simply said that these charges are not going to be waived off in any case. I believe this is the way company is earning revenues by charging the customers unnecessarily. I am not going to pay for this fraud charge.

deduction of balance has now become a daily practice,,it is not happening with me for the first time..i hv registered complaint once more..now again i have to do the same..actually dis happened with me on 14thjan.2012..net pack gets expired but i didnt recieve any message from company side about the expiry of net pack and deduction of balance was approx rs.100/-..previously it was rs.250/ approx was deducted from my main balance..previously it was said that it wont be repeated again..and i faced lot of problem because i have to be in roaming some time and all my imp.calls got stucked..i faced lot of loss..and i didnt get any positive feedback from customer care.they talk and after some time they put call on hold and den hang out..i just want my balance to be back..do take strict action against it..

on 23/03/12,morning my mobile balance was Rs.405.but in the evening when i checked my balance it was Rs303 ,when i asked customer care about this they said that a game was downloaded from Internet which cost Rs.99, but anybody had not downloaded any game of this rate,and had not worked on the Internet that day. they say that it was downloaded at 6:53pm the same day , but at that time i was in the office,that any of my child had done this and i do not know how to download games my son only knows this.it can also happen that the website from which he had downloaded had written that it is free but had charged it like this.please respond to my request and contact me.

I did recharge of Rs.127 for GPRS at around 9.00 am on 16/04/2012. I got confirmation message from company at around 2.00 pm.for success of recharge.I used GPRS at around 6.05 pm in evening....Mean while i got disconnection of GPRS at around 6.29 pm and got message of balance deduction of Rs.88 and paisa....in spite of GPRS working.....they deduct the balance from my account on behalf GPRS uses...

I tried hard to resolve this issue but company official are not responding in proper manner....

I am using vodafone number for last 1 month. today i called up 198 to verify certain details then i asked the customer whether any VAS service is activated on my number or not. the executive told me that there is no VAS service activated on my number.Moreover i also sent a sms writtinf STOP tp 321. Also got a sms that no VAS service is activated.but just after 5 mins i received a sms stating Business and Economy pack has been activated on my number and Rs.30 deducted from my balance.i have no idea how this got activated.I am new to vodafone this type of things started happening.i dont know what do.and if this continues then i have to port out of vodafone.
