sir,
i got a blackberry phone and this is first time ever i use it. so i called vodafone customer care for assistance. they misguide me that plan of rs. 399/month will make you download unlimited and no cost will be charged on internet except video streaming and vodafone live.i said okay and got the plan.
now i am upgrading my BBM and it charged from my main balanced. and i again called your customer care.they are very rude. they ask for wait wait wait every time. after aprox. 15 minutes they transfer my call to supervisor. and he said i can not give your money back. if you misguide us and don't help us, then where will we go.?
its a request if you understand my problem. and help me out. its not about money i've lost. but make sure that this will never happen again and never misguide any customer .

Sir i was trying to activate Internet on my mobile and i activated on that by using respect code but they take excess money on that and i asked customer call center and they telling like i activated couple of times the same code but i didn't done that.
i have recharged 1 paise/second tariff plan RC.. when i making a call balance is deduction more than the call duration which is displaying on my mobile... not only one. for every call its happening . my mobile number is [protected].
I GOT A MESSAGE ON MY NO. ([protected]) SAYING THAT YOUR CALLER TUNE HAS BEEN ACTIVATED & CHARGED RS. 30, BUT I DONT DO THIS. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU HAVE ACTIVATED THIS SERVICE & WE CAN'T REFUND THIS AMOUNT.

I bought this number +91-[protected] yesterday and activated SMS pack by recharging *444*15# three times. Even though the balance got deducted, the service wasn't activated. Despite repeated complaints, the balance has yet not been refunded and Vodafone customer care people put the call on hold and then disconnect it. This kind of behaviour is not at all tolerable.

I further recharged the phone by Rs 15 card and got 150 free sms, but still when I send SMS' the balance is being deducted. I request Vodafone to look into the matter otherwise I'll be constrained to take further action.

i recharged my account with 2g data pack - 95 rs validity 21 days on 23 april 2013
.later on 27th april 2013 i received a message from vodafone saying that the ioperator deducted 104 rupees from my balance towards internet usage despite of the 2g data pack already activated on my mobile.they again deducted 4 rupees.i lodged a complin with the customer care executive the same day and they promised to solve the issue within 4 hours, no complaint number was provided.i recharged my account with 20 rupees.again they deducted 17 rupees against internet usage.the 2g data pack was still active.i registered a complaint with the cust care, and got the same assurance of solving the issue within 4 hours.there has been no progress since then.instead of solving the problem voafone has again deducted 20 rupees from my balance.i can not recharge my account because they are deducting money everytime neither can i use gprs.please look into the matter it has been more than 72 hours

I have ported into vodafone few months back.For the last few days vodafone is deducting balance unnecessarily.Whenever i call 198 the executive tells me there is a problem with the server, either it is not updated or hanged.Also i am dialing *111*4# as toldby the executive and and i am getting "Sorry! I had made recharges of Rs 300 and 130 on my VODAFONE M.P Prepaid No.
[protected] on 6th Dec'12 from Vodafone Customer Care Center in Phool
Bagh, Gwalior.After that i made recharges of Rs 148 for Internet and other
recharges as well.But all this money got deducted automatically.When i went
to their office, then no proper answer was given to me and they were very
bad in addressing my situation.
I had went to their to their office 3-4 times but still no proper reply.

Due to this, i had so many problems and i had to suffer very much as i was
unable to fill my exam forms and other job related issues.Please resolve
this concern.The following issue had already been taken up by the Circle
Office.

They cut 3 time my phone balance of more then 40rs. When I called in coustmer care they are saying we an not help you. And next time hey sayig du t internet balance s deduct it is right because I have 1month internet plan . After this when I am trying to call their costme care automatically they are forwading my call to computer and disconnect.

than i called Customer care for this...unnecessary deduction of Balance.They told me that the couldn't do anything about this deduction.I also asked them why there is no option for "Confirm" to activate this service? They told same word that they don't know about this.
