[Resolved]  Vodafone Bangalore Prepaid Phone — Deactivate caller tune

Why has Vodafone activated caller tunes?? i cant even get through with you customer care number its always busy! My number is [protected]. remove the caller tune immediately and stop charging me for unnecessary things.

My SIM No [protected] was in the Name of Teamtronix India Pvt (Comapany's Name) & the transferred on my Name, so with my all details with transfer letter frm my Office i submitted at Vodafone Shop at Coxtown-Wheelers Road on 25th April-2009-to Mr.Kiran, he told it will take 2 days to transfer & frm customer care they will call & let u know.

But till know nobody has called or it has not been transferred on my name, when i visited to vodafone shop on 6th May-Wednesday-2009, Kiran told me by tomorrow before 12, it will transferred, & then again i went on 7th-May- Wednesday-2009 to enquire about this, and then he went inside his office room to discuss and he came back and informed me i want address proof, i have submitted my Election ID Card & Pan Card Xerox what else they need again i have given my full address in the form.

I have given my alternate No. [protected].

Could any body sort out this problem,

Note: HAPPY TO HELP -when customer is not happy with service, how can ur staff executives can display their badge that HAPPY TO HELP.

I am maheshkumar b having the Vodafone prepaid No [protected], I have purchased this SIM card long back around 3.5 years back in my Name with some agent near srinivas nagar, bangalore
But when I checked with vodafone shop near DVG Road, the SIM card is in some other name,
How is this possible because i am using this SIM Card from past 3-1/2 Years, even I have never given my sim card to anybody, Please Tell me what is the procedure to change my sim card name

Please tell me how to change my Sim name from others to my name

if i am calling custmer care. thay r talling we have problem with application server.
last two days i am calling but thay r not responding.

vodafone It's the worst provider I have ever seen... friends nothing'll happen and nobuddy 'll hear u... better just change ur connection.

hey i dont what is going on, i'm on roaming i had recharged rs 150 last month. but this month sudddenly i got a mail that i have used only 39 rs remaining 111 rs to be used within 2 days, whereas i have already used the total amount, not only that after this i have recharged rs 50 more. Today suddenly i'm finding i have negetive balance, caller tune is added to my phone.Icannot make or recieve any services.

Please look into the matter, i'm on roamin its very urgent.

This vodafone is the worst I think..For ISD also even if we are getting busy message or some network problems also they will deduct from our account..If we call the customer care they will say no mam u have spoken for 2 sec..Again if we give missed call also for ISD, they will charge..I have never seen any sysmtem like this..I think some problem with their machine ..they need to check it out..It happened so many times...So better we will switch to some other network..

i am using vodafone prepaid card for the past 4 years. my number is [protected]. i made a complaint to ur customer care executive atleast 5 times wrt "69 booster" rs.69 deducted from my account balance suddenly without any intimation. nobody was responsive enough to give proper replies. first 3 executives told me that ur money will refunded before 6.30 pm. everyday they use to tell the same thing. after calling one more executive he told me that i will raise a complaint. i got annoyed and felt weird and i asked that guy already i posted the complaint then why u want another two days to resolve the conflict. he told me againt the same thing and gave me a complaint number [protected] dated on 20th may 2009. and i got a sms stating we shall respond to ur query by friday 22nd may 2009.

finally i got a sms from vodafone care "your request dated 20th may has been processed for your vodafone mobile number. Pls make a kind note till now i didnt get any call or i didnt get my rs.69 back as ur customer care executives promised. eventhough i use to shuffle between chennai and bangalore very frequently, i use to retain this bangalore vodafone number and while roaming i ve contacted ur cust care executives and lost so much of money in that process. eventhough i tried my best to get that just rs.69 back. but at present i felt really really very bad and still feeling that i am cheated by vodafone india and by some of the irresponsive customer care executives. i[censored] track this bangalore number and check the audio u ppl are recording for quality service purpose. u guys will come to know wat happened really to a genuine vodafone customer.

i use to recharge and use this number like anything. but even i[censored] guys tell some problem i can accept. but u guys are not able to reply me properly till now makes me angry and bad. u guys simply dont know wat is customer service??????
