[Resolved]  Vodafone — Bill amount wrongly charged

I have opted Corporate Plan of 99/-. After a couple of months for BlackBerry I choose a plan of BlackBerry Prosumer ULD 399 (vodafone suggested this will be unlimited plan with no extra charge) but in bill they charge extra for downloading and watching video. (I suppose defination of download is anything requested to server on internet which include buffering and surfing also). So in all with discussion we settle for amount of 1341/-. This will continue my sim card and i have also requested to stop Blackberry plan as of no use.
Vodafone executive gave following details for payment confirmation :

I have paid all settlement of 1341/-. with transaction id MSBI[protected].
Now after a week i didn't receive any confirmation and on same number Snehal - vodafone executive reply as we will send you confirmation but after a month also there is no confirmation and they kept same BB plan which i have requested to cancle. And Vodafone billed me 2085/- on delaying payment when i told whole story they replied as we will confirm and send new bill.
Most ridiculous part is after now one more month vodafone cut my line and their executive are now asking to pay 60% of bill amount i.e. 1950/-
After stating that i have already paid charges and still not received payment confirmation. Executive shamelessly replied we are not that agency we are different and you have to pay 60% amount.
In short you buy 10/- product for decoration you pay 5/- and company ask to pay 150/- for your decision to buy company product after settlement of 50/- story repeats and now you need to pay 500/- for no mean.

Vodafone is charging unwanted money and height is after paying due charges. They are cheating consumers. I request to please look into matter as there will be thousands like me who have already paid charges and vodafone loot them.

the screen shows 'Limited sevices'
without my permission a power pack of Rs 69.00 has been activated. Thus a amount of Rs. 69.00 was duducted from my balance. Please deactivate the same and return the amount to my prepaid balance and don't do anything without my consent from now on. PHONE NO.. : [protected]

Vodafone — regarding charging of phone

I have recharged of Rs. 100/ on dated 20.2.2010 at 8.45am for phone No. [protected]. But it would not reached in my account till today. i.e.22.2.10

Vodafone — BLACKBERRY CHARGES LEVIED WRONGLY

I am very upset with vodafone company and the way its working.
it is such supraising a international company like roadside company without
any responsiblity and commitment

i am old customer since 2006 my mobile no is[protected] name Manish Shah.

In the month of april i had puchased a blackberry hand set and then i visited vodafone
churchgate store to activate my blackberry services i met mr joseph and he explained
me all plan and suggested go for a yearly plan which his 6999.00 one time payment
and enjoy 1by credit card 2 month unlimited the same moment i agreed and made a payment
of 6999.00 on 12th april.


I was suprised to see in monthly bills i have been charges 1099 .00 for blackberry services
and for which i have allready paid to the vodafone churchhgate

i spoke to vodafone help line reg bill for month of august the wrongly blackberry charges 1099 levied
it was told from them to deduct and the 1099.00 amount and make balance payment i did the same
but after that i was getting end no of phone calls and sms that why i have made part payment
and again i told the whole strory but no one was comming for the help they where just interested in thier payments and
pressuring me for payments noone wants to understand the problem and wring charges which are levied to me

After few days my out going calls were carrying a voice recoreded talk that " kindly make the payment " and helpline people just were not polite enough to understand the problem
i was facing they just told to make payments then we will see

I was told by help line people the tape of "kindly do not make the payment" will deactivated in 2 hours but it never happenned then same day i went to santacruz vodafone store
i met diya and ansari i told all the things then they confirmed you do not need to make payments and in next 15 minutes the tape will be deactivited but it never happened
and they told we cannot do anything please go to vodafone churchgate where there is mistake by the executtive athe plan is not activated by mistakenly yet

Inspite the tape did not stop then i again called help line they told a diffrerent story saying the tape will not stop unless payments
there is lot of miscommuntion what the vodafone store people say and the help line

i do not to whom we should talk and trust and the lady on help line from lower parel store was very very rude in talking
there is error by your person from churchgate why we have to suffer for mistake done by your store people


I in my life not harrased mentally by vodafone before i used to have full trust in vodafone
I atleast 15 conections of vodafone all bills are monthly 3000 and above

Vodafone — Charged amount without any information

My Mobile number is [protected].
I am a NRI resident in US and i just got this mobile phone today.
I was getting all the junk SMS on my phone and called support to stop that and the lady asked me to Deactivate Flash.
i was looking at other options and i clicked on something called missed call Info. It did not give me any option ( neither activate or deactivate)
It simply deducted Rs30 from my balance. i called the customer care telling them the same they told me that this service can be removed but the Rs30 is not refundable.
Finally he was transferring me to a Supervisot and then i heard the rings for almost 10 times before i heard the dead Tone.
I tried calling the Support again and the person who answered after hearing my situation tried to transfer my call to the supervisor and same thing as above happend
I this time heard that i can call 198 for launching any complaints and i called it
The guy picked it up and said that i need to call 111 and the 198 is only for signal related complaints where as when we call 111 the banner asks us to call 198 for any type of billing complaints.

There is no information anywhere that the amount will be deducted.
Rs .30 may not be a big deal but the way you are operating is wrong. This is indirectly robbing peoples money. if you are doing this for everybody , thats a lot of money.

All the Bill raised by Reliance Communication are false. There is no outstanding according to me. I have paid my all payment regularly. Reliance Communication Company has Charged wrong in my Bill without my information.

Due to wrong billing, I have also complain several time in Company and told to send their representative for explaination for billing Purpose through Mail and Telephone.I do not get proper response from them. That why I have remove all the connection of Internat from Company.

I have to say that All Changes come in any billing, They should inform the client and then Charges should able in Bill.





So please taken necessary action against Reliance communication Ltd and solve my Problem.

Vodafone — charging wrongly

Hello Sir, I have bought 2 vodafone post paid connections ([protected] & [protected]) with the 3G internate connection. I was keep on calling them that I was not getting internet properly. Also I have asked them to add the power plus for 0.50 paisa calling plan, but they did not applied. The end of the month they have charge me like any thing. Also the time when I bought the sims they told that I will not be charged rental for 1st 3 months. Now they are telling that there is no offer like that. Please take care this issue against them. Also I have informed them that going to lunch an complaint.

Vodafone — wrongly charged blackberry plan

i have been using vodafone number [protected] for the past 10 years and had activated blackberry plan for Rs 1100 for unlimited download--recently i came to know from a friend that this plan was pulled out by the company 6 months back and in tht place a new plan for Rs 599(unlimited download) was introduced.Vodafone didnt intimate abt this change of plan and kept charging me Rs 1100 instead of 599 for ove six months.I approached the company but they refused to reverse the charges.I think this practice amounts to misleading the customers and amounts to fraud.
Can anybody help whom should i approach regadring this issue.

No issue is still there. I have written issue to Vodaphone Compaint but no reply.
I am getting continues calls from [protected] for paying money of 1650/-. Representative over phone says "she don't want to discuss on last dispute and she is not interested to know what happen with me. They want just amount to be transfer"
Please tell me i have settle discpute once of 1341/- still i have not receive settlement letter and do you expect me to pay more 1600/-????

Your representative only come with reply "they are other agencies and they can see dispute settlement but they can not send settlement letter but they want me to pay money". How can Vodaphone be different for me????
For past 3 years i was happy with your service and this time i have to reach out court now.
