i have using vodafone mobile post paid service my cell number is [protected], and i have request 98rs rental gprs plan for activation as on date 8/8/2012, then 12/08/2012 i have send request for decativate the 98rs gprs plan and pls convert the 98rs gprs paln to 199rs gprs plan.then my request is accept 13/08/2012 decativation but then i will us the gprs but 20/08/2012 my unbilled amout is 4781.21, then i will talk with custmer care about my bill he says that this bill is generate 98rs gprs plan.and ur 198gprs plan is activate 18/08/2012.but when i send my request to custmer care for deactivate and convert that time vodafone custmer care is not give me details information to me about the billing cycle.so this is not my mistake this mistake is vodafone mobile serviceses, so i cant paid the bill amount because vodafone custmer care services is not giving right information to the custmer.pls send me the replay to my mail addresss. and thanks, mail id : [protected]@rediffmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

i am a user of vodafone postpaid sim. it is a corporate plan. i am sufferring frm a bill related problem. recently my bill came of rs 2500 n when i checked the bill i founf that they have charged 45 rs/min call to europe n before it was 9.18 rs/min. when i checked frm vodafone they said that frm this month they r charging rs 45 for an isd call. they diidnt inform abt this increasing rate.but when i call frm a vodafone prepaid it cost 9.18 rs only.all others company r charging 9.18 rs prepaid as well as postpaid. so please help me for this

I am a student and I was using my brothers card which was postpaid his name is Vaibhav Jadhav.Due to some technical Problems my bill was 600 two month's before. I made a complaint about it to
your customer care Initially they admitted to pay about the 450 but later on they disconnect my number and increased the bill which was monthly rentel at that time my number was not working.
now bill has increased and I am not able to pay that bill I am ready to pay 450 Should I pay it or not

Vodafone — calling daily without and reason daily and harrassing
This is to complain about vodafone people they are calling many time for bill payment all though they have got d payment and saying that your credit limit is over as I have taken scheme of black berry 4999 yearly unlimited usage still they r charging me for all usage and asking to pay and they r also excepint that your scheme payment is done . They r calling and disturbing my spouse daily Dear all friends I am cheated by Vodafone I am not using my mobile so much local/STD but still I get Rs 570.00 of bill.I had closed my mobile no after paying this amount of bill. They are showing fake numbers also and There executives don't have manners how to talk to the customers.Please be care of this cheating.
They are charging me with Rs 49 for itemized bill which was free on first two months & theafter they are charging for Rs 49 without inform me.
