For Mobile number [protected], i am facing network coverage problem at my billing address. I have logged a complain on 3rd march. Till date no revert from service provider.stop outgoing calls without any reason

When I call to the complain to the customer service their agent hung up my phone call and from that time on I am not able to call to them... They always says "your request cannot be process" and hung up...recharge amount not received
