Vodafone — regarding previous balance

i have changed my pre paid number to post paid..i wanted to know full details of scheme currently activated on my number.I want information of my previous balance that i had in pre paid number...i ws supposed to get it credited to my posta paid account...

i have a vodafone mobile which bill was 1847 rs and i have paid the bill before one week but my mobile is not started.when i call on that mobile then computer say it is a wrong number pls cheak out what is the problem in it and mobile no is [protected] of faridabad.My name is Rajvir singh.
