Vodafone — Call Barred even though the bill was paid | |
Hi, I would like to draw your attention towards my connection which is barred by Vodafone, even though I have payed my bills and cleared my dues via credit card. When asked to the customer care, they told me that sir why you payed via credit card, better come to our center and get the charges reversed from your credit card. Although, I am in a big trouble these days without my cell not working as my parents are planning me to get married and I am unable to receive their calls from outstation. On the other side customer care (Vodafone Always ready to help) has ate my head so hard and gave me a mental depression which causes stress in me. Thank You... My outgoing calls has been barred since a week even I have submitted my documents in two vodafone stores (thergaon & Akurdi), kindly activate my outgoing as early as possible, thanks.
