mere last 6 months se 198 no nahi lag raha maine apni complaint likhwai thi lakin koi respons nahi hai.

am using vodafone number for more than 3 years,i have not face a problem with customer care number....for past one week amtruing to talk with customer care people,but ther is no option to get connecte with customer care people......i have tried 111,198,[protected] but only details am getting in this but no option is there to get connected with customer care people....please take this as a complaint and procees this isse.......

my self parvej mumtaj, my cell no. is [protected] under vodafone west bengal
Circle. Last 6 dayes my service provide' nodel and customer care didnt recive
my call they block my number. when I call nodel or help line I cant catch them
because my number is blocked then I call to nodal wb miss Pria by other service
provider's number and request her that since last 4 dayes I cant get
HELP LINE please arreng me and send a mail to care please conferm me to connect to HELPLINE
still not Now I am help less please save me

I am unable to make a call with my vodafone number [protected] and whenever I try to make a call message comes that this number is barred. A number of complaints have been lodged with vodafone touch point NIRSHA, DHANBAD and also on number 111, even frequent personal visits have been paid to above mentioned service centre during the last 10 days however, the mobile number has not yet been recitified, they always give assurance that it will be recitified soon. Lot of our energy, time and money has been wasted in lodging complaints and paying frequent visits to service centre now we are obliged to write to you with hope that our problem will be heard and solved.

'm a vodafone customer and today i was call in customer care but company executive use abusive words to me,, so take strict action on him and his name is 'izaan patel" or like that..

I hd taken a Vodafone number three months ago. This is a postpaid connection for which I had submitted all relevant documents then itself. I have also been paying all my monthly bills well within the deadlines. However, without any kind of intimation, today, Vodafone has suspended my services. When I call customer care, they cite "documents not submitted" as a reason for suspending the services.

1) I have already submitted all my documents and my number has been active for over 90 days.
2) Vodafone did not intimate through e-mail, SMS or phone about this issue, but just directly suspended the line at their whim and fancy.

What action can be taken against this?

many times vodafone will not update records which v submit in ther computer and miss it. so u will be called for and required to produce those again until they correctly update.

I am Ramith i useing ur network since 4 years, & this four years ur services is very gud . In this 4 yeras u given free msgs, bt last Saturday it will stoped and every msgs charging Rs 0.60. SO i today called to customer care num but no body didn't take my call. i kindly request to please revert me as soon as possible .
