[Resolved] Vodafone — Urgent:-This service requires special subscription
Your Vodafone Service center(Koramangala) and Customer Care services are extremely fabulous.
In a word the person are so hard working and knowledgeable that force me to think to cancel my Vodafone SIM and switch to other companies Plans.
I am writing you the mail with the most worst service I had ever seen in my life from your Vodafone company.
1)I lost my mobile on 4 March -09.The SIM card which I am using was on my elder brother name(as he is out of INDIA).
2)I call Cust Care for 4 times and my brother from aborad call once, but no one is there to provide me correct information about how can I able to block SIM to prevent any further misuse.
3)I went to nearest Vodafone service center that is in Koramangala, in the evening, where I report my missing mobile with Sim no([protected](PREPAID )).They(Vodafone service center that is in Koramangala) take my ID proof and my brother and provide me duplicate SIM card of the same no. [protected]. I ask them any other documents required to submit.They told me no.
4)On 5 March-09 almost at 8 PM when I try to dial a no.The voice message that comes (This service requires special subscription please call 111 to subscribe).
But the most interesting thing was that even from my mobile I cannot able to call " 111" then also the same voice message comes (This service requires special subscription please call 111 to subscribe), no outgoing is there from my mobile.
5)When calling to your cust care they inform me that within 1 hr it will works fine.But Alas! after 1:30 mins I call again then they told me that within 30 mins they will call me.
But I think They always like to joke with their customer.Hope this your company business.
6) I call repeatedly the very next day also, but no help comes from your cust care services.
7)I went your Vodafone Service center(Koramangala) asking the reason of blocking the outgoing from this SIM no([protected]).
Here one interesting thing I came to know that from your cust care they try to call me, but they find my mobile switch off.(But from 4 March night to still now I have not Switch OFF my mobile).
I want to know when they call me as you must have record of every calling, but your service center cannot able to give the proper information about which TIME and DATE they call me.But they start aurguing that that they call(is't that joking)?????????????????????????.
8) Then I ask them that how I able to get my connection back, they told me to submit My document again and within 30 mins I would got my connection back..In the evening I submit my document again(1) ID proof and Address proof and a photo of mine) and I was again told that within 30 mins OUTGOING facility in my SIM will be available.
9) BUT ALAS! I think your companies cust service has tendency of joking with customer.I did not got outgoing service within 30 mins not even within within 3 hrs.After 3 hrs I again call your cust care then Interestengly from your cust care service I came to know that YOUR workers of Vodafone Service center(Koramangala) did not had any proper information as the person who attend my call told me that not within 30 minutes and even not within 1 hrs outgoing facility will be activated, IT will took 24 hrs to activate.
AGAIN JOKING. EVEN AFTER 26 hrs I had got my outgoing facility in my SIM [protected].
BUT Every time they tell me that they are VERY SORRY for this thing.
NOW TELL ME who like to keep connection of Vodafone with such a BIG BIG SERVICE.
One thing I will publish this article in site as well tell my friends about this matter, and advice them to switch to other companies PLAN, so that they will not face problem like me in future.
