Vodafone — disconnetion of caller tune

I am fed up with their caller tune unwanted calls which will disturbs in between any important meetings and iritates us sometimes. I am using the vodafone prepaid connection and my no is [protected] and this time reducusely I was very busy in with my customer meeting at the same time i have received their prerecorded caller tune call and even after my disconnecting the call they have autometically installed the caller tune on my cell and deducted the caller tune charges from my prepaid account which is totally rediculous.

I want my deducted balance to be credited back asap as this is totally unacceptable.

I am using the vodafone postpaid no [protected] and from your end the Callertune is activated in my account which I had not given any request for the same ...

Kindly remove the callertune from my account from the Bill Cycle date ... I am not going to pay for callertune anymore ...
or otherwise I will diconnect my connection with you ...

Plz remove my Caller tune...

1. We have tried to send msg on 141 to disconnect 'Caller Tone" through, whereas this msg is not being passed.

2. Please disconnect 'Caller Tone' immediately from No [protected]

i am using vodafone prepaid no [protected]

kindly remove the caller tune from cell otherwise i will disconnect the connection with you...
