[Resolved]  Vodafone — No network coverage

Its to inform you that I am staying in Type 5, 14 no quarter in KPCL township SHAKTINAGAR, Dist:Raichur. There is feble network coverage inside the house as well as outside areas. My mobile number is[protected], [protected]. It is becoming very inconvenient to communicate properly. though I have loged complaint to Vodafone office at Raichur, no action have been taken till now. please interrupt to redress the complaint immediately.Hoping for early acknowledgment.

Voda sim — manager of the service center has cheated

Sir, I RAJ KUMAR BODDETI ,went to the voda service center to report my number lost with the FIR case. And I have requested another number [protected] on 14th of this July 2010. And I submitted three id proofs and address proof everything co-operating whatever they want.And the manager of this service center started demanding me to show some other proofs insisting me . As if they are too professional .I co-operated him by sending the scanned ones.and hard copies. And that's it.Sim was with me[protected]without activation and he activated my number by selling it to some one else without intimation. What does he think ? Does he think that he can decide whatever that way he likes?His name is Anil Guleria .I sent a complaint upon him to the voda service center by mail.But they didn't answer to my complaint. I finally went to the center and demanded my docs and refund my money. they have refunded . But I lost my reputation. and I became a victim of this man . I want something action to be taken upon this issue if there is still justice. My contact number [protected] .

Vodafone mobile — NO NETWORK

I m having a postpaid connection of mobile with vodafone from long time and now there is no network around my area from last 48 hours.

this was happening earlier many times but it was reciprocated now its complitely out of network.
DLF IT SEZ Chennai - Ramapuram has got a very bad net work coverage for vodafone in most of its blocks! and despite of a lot of complaints they are not able to rectify it!

Some one planning for connection can go with Airtel as they got a very good coverage - even in the basements!!!

Vodafone — no network

I HAVE ASKED FOR A CONNECTION FOR MYSELF AND MY TWO CHILDREN . tHE NUMBERS GIVEN TO ME BY VODAFONE ARE [protected](MY NUMBER). SECONDLY i HAVE ASKED FOR ISD FACILITY ON ALL 3 PHONE NOS , WHICH I DONT HAVE.
PLS SEE TO THE PROBLEM .
I am not getting any Network Coverage in Kothrud MIT College area , despite of Numerous Complaints to Vodafone , there is no response from them.

They have called me & taken my address , but the Local Pune Team does not care about resolution. ; ; ; ; ;

Vodafone — Lack of network

I pay Rs 600 per month for internet and I do not get the service and when I call the customer care they tell me that within 4 hours the service will be back on but even after 6 hours the service is not working. What am I supposed to do?

This is to inform you that since last 17 days there is problem related to network in our premises as me and my whole staff and other of 35 subscribers use vodafone network and are facing same problem
This is the location for your reference mobile number [protected] at juhu Swastik plaza next to kalaniketan vile parle west.And this is not the first time this is happening very often either you solve the problem or else we may change for some other service provider's.

the network issue it has been solved only for few days but again since last 15 days there is again problem I am very much upset in the matter
So I request you to please take the matter seriously and install a personal booster at my premises or else I will change the Subscriber.

Please look into the matter with urgent basis and try to solve the problem at the earliest as we are facing inconvenience from your end

I have recharged internet package one week before from the day onwards if i cross Dental college near martahalli, bangalore. Signal coverage is good, but not able to access internet. And 2G internet is too slow compared to other networks.

If the same problem exists for few more days. I will change sim card.
I have registered two complaints with Vodafone regarding no network coverage on ECC Road, Whitefield, Bangalore-560066.

Complaints details:

Both the complaints have been closed without taking any action to resolve the problem.
I was not even contacted to ask what problem I am facing and even before closing the complaint request NO CONFIRMATION was made from my side.

I wrote to following Vodafone Service Managers but there is no proper reply from them.
1. Latha Mahadevan, National Service Manager
2. Harish S, National Service Manager

Harish S responded to mail stating that they need time till 26.10.2012 to rectify the issue, but there is no reply from them after his last mail asking for some more time and my both complaint requests are already closed.

I request consumer forum to take some strong action against this service providers as after logging complaints twice and sending mails to national service managers no steps are taken to resolve the problem
Hi This is swapnil,

Vodafone number [protected], i am recieving no network coverage area (R.C.Church, Colaba ) since Wednesday, 1st May 2013, 6.00 PM (IST), i have raised the complaint to customer service department but still there is no response till 2nd May 2013,

If there is any network issue they should respond us by acknowledging.

Request you to raise this point and take the action as fast as required.
