[Resolved]  Vodafone — Useless process of customer care,nodal,and appeal auth.

Dear Mr.Vodafone,
my problem is yet to get solved.
Every time during payment time, my out-going gets dis-connected.
This is being repeated for the third month.
SBI Cheque no.670463 (Rs.12055.00)being deposited on 29/11/07 with Ankit Communication, AF-377, Krishnapur Main Road, Kolkata - 700102.
Other details are : Vodafone Bill no.[protected], due date being 03/12/07. Relationship no.1.20507042.
Please rectify the mistake immediately and get the outgoing on line.

On 5th January 2009 from my Mobile no. [protected] having balance amount
of Rs. 90.93 on your own accord violating consumer’s right.


Pl note that on 5th January 2009 at about 11: 55 A.M. I got a call from Vodafone and when I received the call, I heard a recorded message that Caller tune has been activated. Thereafter, it has been communicated through message that Rs. 30 and Rs. 15 were deducted for Caller tune & selection of song. As it was a recorded message, I did not get any chance to oppose against such unauthorized deduction of Rs.45/- from the Vodafone authority by the way of one way communication.
I do hereby strongly protest for such unauthorized deduction of Rs. 45/- from your end and request you to make necessary arrangement to refund of Rs. 45/- immediately in my current mobile A/C to make a harmonious relation with consumer. I am a MBA student, it is expected that students may not be harassed unnecessary from a renowned Company like you. Soliciting your favourable action for the same.

I did online recharge using your http://www.vodafone.in/Pages/index.aspx site to [protected] ...I have selected Karnataka (which is correct) and YES BANK. I chose 201 rupees full talk time 30 day validity option. I filled up the information, it redirected to YES BANK I filled up my customer ID and Password. I typed 201, clicked the only option, I got password SMS to my another number ([protected]) tagged with YES BANK account, I typed the password, did the transaction to Vodafone BILLDESK. I recieved confimation page with confirmation number (54508). My cell is not yet recharged. I rechecked by filling confirmation number and my cell number in vodafone site. It said id is invalid, even I called your cutomer care(111) 6 times. First agent told me to wait for 1 hour, 2 agent told me to wait for 24 hours, 3rd agent told me to half an hour to recheck it. 4th agent told me to wait for 2 hours that an update is going on, 5th agent told me to wait again, and told if recharge not done then ur money ll be taken back to my YES BANK account.

WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON TO REACHARGE JUST 201 rupees.

EITHER VODAFONE OR YES-BANK ONLINE THINGS ARE NOT WORKING WELL

my vodafone number is [protected].after payment my outgoigcalls were barred for two days if this is not solved today iissue will be informed to customer grievience cell.when called customer care it was told that it is server problem and it will be solved with in two hours, but it is not done.
my request 02.05.2009has been processed and not solved.

I Yash Pal Arora was taken a Advance Corporate Post Paid connection ([protected]) from my previous Co Dabur India Ltd (15days back). Verfication of Home address (bill must be come at my home as stated by me) & Office address was done by ur represntative. 3 to 4days back, again Office Verrification was done & on that moment i was left Dabur & joined Hindustan Times which is cleared stated by me to ur represntative.

I can't understand even...

On 22nd September 2009, purchased wcc card from salesman MR.Prabhakar belongs to Arihant Agency, kalyan of Rs.299/-mrp(Talk time of Rs.245/-). And activated on the same date, which we have received message about activation of our wcc card. Before activation we have confirmed from vodaphone cc that the rate will be 6.99/- per minute for UAE. But to our surprise after calling for three minute we got the msg about our low balance ie rs.5.40.
We have forwarded our complaint to various representative names Mr.shanbag Mb:[protected]/ Mr.Ravi [protected] but till date no reply received.
We once again request the concern authority to look into the matter as this will definitely tarnish vodaphone repo.

Today[protected] i was calling 2 times in ur customer care at 16:15 pm .My query was just to updated my cheque details in vadofane store which i already deposits in ur vadofone mini store at vaishali sector .But when i told your executive to updated that details on vadafone system ..They asking some security question which i told him like my address last payment mode and plan etc..but your first executive said that we are not do this and second executive said that ur security question will not be matched..So I requested to listen my call which is recorded in ur company then give me Answere..and when i saw him to talk transfer my call to your senior your second executive put my call on hold after 2 or 3 mins they disconnected my line ..So its a humble requested to you to solve this matter...And i suggest you to take serious action these 2 employee...
I am your approx 8 to 9 years old customer and if you give me this type of customer care service it is so difficult to retain my services with you.
