dear vodafone, three months before i was using 3 post paid connection [protected], [protected], [protected]
and i need to migerate one number to prepaid the person who was in vodafone store in thiruvanmiyur(chennai), wrongly migrated the number which was used my me for the past 5 years([protected])and they told its not possible to come back to postpaid and i have to pay 500 rsif i willing to come to postpaid since the mistake is done by that person i told to migerate all the 3 numbers to prepaid so they asked to pay the unbilled bill since it was between the billing cycle i paid all the unbilled amount and they to i will get back the amount after the bill has generated but still now no responce no cheque, if i go to that store no responce pls do the needful to get back my money which has paid extra otherwise give me the prove of my bill, its very serious if it not going to be resolved...

My name is rajkumar i make a call to vodafone cus care many time to react my lost sim but no one give me proper solution.But M.R.srinivasan rotn pre give me the correct solution and he solved my problem.i make a call to cus care at 12:30pm on 25-oct-2010.M.R .srinivasan give me the correct solution thank you for the timely help to M.r.srinivasan and one small request 90% of cus care executive dont know the products of vodafone and many people dont konow to give cut and right solution to customers pls guide them the correct manner and for exact solution to the customer.Other wise many people would change the network.Thank you
